    Administrative Assistant

    Job Descriptions:

    • Prepare and manage correspondences, reports and documents.
    • Able to do all paperwork task given by supervision.
    • Handle incoming and outgoing calls, mails and deliveries.
    • Assist sales operation by managing administrative works such as prepare Delivery Order (DO), Invoice (INV) for product enquiry.
    • Handle daily operations, clerical, preparing the invoice and other administrative works.
    • Organize and maintain the office system such as filling, order supplies and upkeep of equipment.
    • To oversee and monitor progress billings and ensure prompt payment by liaising with all customers and suppliers.
    • Liaise with courier companies/ supplier for product deliveries.
    • Ability to keep good filling record procedure for all office system.
    • Manage and improve store operations.
    • To coordinate with other departments on matters related to stock of inventory.
    • Good communication skills to interact with all co-workers from every levels of production.
    • Good interpersonal, honest, hard-working and willing to learn from time to time.
    • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
    • Manage other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
    • Undertake any other ad-hoc task/assignments as directed by management.

    Job Requirements:

    • Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School/SPM/STPM/”A Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate,”O” Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or in Business Administrative, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource, Management or equivalent.
    • At least 1 or 2 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Preferably Junior Executives specialized in Clerical/ Administrative Support or equivalent.
    • Required skills: Basic Computer knowledge, Microsoft Office, AutoCount System Software (Accounting Software), Computer Literature.
    • Applicant must be willing to work in Simpang Ampat, Pulau Pinang.
    • Required language (s): English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia.
    • Full-time position (s) available.
    • Able to take the challenge, responsibilities towards job assign with minimum supervision.
    • Meticulous, good team player and interpersonal skill to communicate among co-workers.
    • Valid driving licenses and possess own transportation.
