– Certificate / Diploma in Urban & Regional Planning which is recognized by the government
– Certificate / Diploma in Land Surveying which is recognised by the government
– Diploma in Accounting recognized by government or equivalent recognized qualifications
– Diploma in Civil Engineering which is recognized by the government
