    IDS Beyond Media Sdn. Bhd. was Incorporated in 2007 and started it business designing and building LED Illumination Products for the media and advertising industries, at the same time offering Projection Technology, Interactive Displays and Display Kiosks. Seeing the potentials and opportunities in Large Display Format, SL Too – the Founder & Managing Director went on to convinced both shareholders and investors to raise RM2.2m to build Malaysia’s Largest Display* in Auto City, Penang in 2008. IDS have delivered 40 over Display projects all over the country and is currently a leading LED Supplier in Malaysia.

    Customer Service

    Job Descriptions:

    • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining then best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
    • Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analysing customer needs
    • Manage incoming calls
    • Dealing with vendors and suppliers
    • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
    • Communicate and make an arrangement with customers via phone, email, mail or social media.

    Job Requirements:

    • Diploma and above
    • Friendly and patient
    • Proficiency in language
