    Sales Consultants

    Job Descriptions:

    • Attend to customers, provide customer service with politeness and friendliness
    • Carry out Visual Merchandising and stock replenishment duties
    • Perform housekeeping duties to maintain shop image
    • Understand all the products and provide assistance to the customer to increase sales
    • Meet sales target
    • Any other ad-hoc task assigned.

    Job Requirements:

    • Minimum qualification: SPM
    • Required Language: B. Malaysia, English & Mandarin
    • Pleasant, well-groomed, and enjoy interacting with people
    • Customer service oriented, team player and creative
    • Demonstrate or encourage the customer to experience the product to increase sales

     

    IT Technician

    Job Descriptions:

    • Able to diagnosis customer issues.
    • Serving as the first point of contact for customers seeking for assistance on the services, technical over the product.
    • Responsible for troubleshooting any problems that may arise regarding desktop computers and laptops.
    • Responsible for disassembling, reassembling computers utilizing a variety of hand tools and fixtures. managing parts sensitive to damage, ensuring unit meets all assembly and quality criteria to achieve high customer satisfaction.
    • Manually examine and repair computer hardware and peripheral components.
    • Must know how to name parts of the laptop and also explain their functions.
    • Must be able to understand the difference between hardware and software and know how to troubleshoot both.
    • Must be able to know the proper repair procedures from start to finish.
    • Must be able to understand error codes and what parts are causing the problem.
    • Analyze equipment according to established methods or procedures to determine whether they are repairable.
    • Resolve hardware technical issues within time schedule and provide the break and fix solution using in-house systems.
    • Communicate with customers and determine the best solutions for their computer needs.
    • Familiar with working under pressure in a timely manner.
    • Any other ad-hoc task assigned.

    Job Requirements:

    • 1-2 years’ working experience in Computer Repair Technician.
    • Must have experience and knowledge of computer parts, troubleshooting etc.
    • Possess excellent eyesight or corrective lenses for working with very small components.
    • Be able to read, write and understand instruction manuals.

     

    Warehouse Assistant

    Job Descriptions:

    • To perform all store activities such as receiving, stock handling, inspect the incoming and outgoing goods are in good condition from the beginning until end users;
    • Ensure to deliver a high level of customer service & customer satisfaction.
    • Serving as the first point of contact for store or warehouse assistance over the goods or inventories;
    • Serve as Store / Warehouse Helpdesk;
    • Able to track the inventory accurately;
    • Performed stock count on daily basis;
    • To ensure all incoming and outgoing goods are in good condition and quantities are accurate;
    • Ensure timing receiving and distribution;
    • Good in recording and documentation;
    • Any other ad-hoc task assigned.

    Job Requirements:

    • 1-2 years’ working experience in Warehouse;
    • Independent;
    • Experiences in IT / Computer field is an advantage;
    • Good Attitude;
    • Reliable and trustworthy with the commitment to getting the job done.

     

    Trainer or Facilitator

    Job Descriptions:

    • Develop training modules based on needs and to conduct training or On Job Training for newcomers or re-train on the professional ethics & EQ in order to ensure deliver a high level of customer service & customer satisfaction;
    • Plan and work out appropriate training methods or activities or develop relevant training material (For example: On Job Training, real case studies);
    • Serve as Training Helpdesk;
    • Familiar with company products and workflow;
    • Work with the relevant internal team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes / latest trend;
    • Any other ad-hoc task assigned.

    Job Requirements:

    • Diploma with minimum 3 years of relevant working experiences in IT / Retail / FMCG is an advantage;
    • Experiences and Knowledge in serves customers is an advantage;
    • Has a basic knowledge / Good understanding of computer systems / IT products, mobile devices, other tech products and various marketing promotional services is an advantage;
    • Familiar in retail operations in the IT/Computer Industry is an advantage;

    Job Descriptions:

    • Conduct the applicant review to ensure they meet the minimum hiring standards and have all the necessary components of the application completed. This shall be upheld through maintaining a positive attitude with all daily interactions, maintaining a team-centric focus in all endeavours and providing total support to the company’s expansion.
    • Collaborate with the Hiring Manager on the full cycles of the Recruitment process;
    • Responsible for all aspects of inbound candidate screening and processing;
    • Make good recommendations on candidate selection;
    • Schedule interviews with the Hiring Manager & assist with and/or perform candidate interviews;
