Sales Executive
Job Descriptions:
- To be responsible for minor accounts and develop sales acumen skills, delivering solutions to guests or clients.
- Enters all customer contact data into the hotel’s property management systems.
- Provides a customer contact report promptly as and when assigned by the Director of Sales.
- Monitors production by accounts, key account and other volume market segments on a monthly basis.
- To have a detailed database of all customers within the assigned territory.
- To have information about competing hotels that has been assigned to you by the Hotel Manager.
- Maintains or exceeds budget targets for the account segments.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum: Higher Secondary/STPM/A Level
- Hunter
- Good communication skills
- Good PR skills
- Hotel Industry work experience (Required)
