Graduate Trainee Programme
[ Manufacturing Engineer | Fresh Graduates ]
In this programme, you will:
- Be involved in propose fresh idea of improvement based on the scope of responsibilities to improve work efficiency
- Obtain a comprehensive knowledge – PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act), QC Tools and turning the knowledge by own self in project assignment
- Be involved in planning and decision making processes to manage control item daily / weekly / monthly basis
- Be able to cooperate with various department/section to promote and manage the new measure improvement
Who Are We Looking For?
We are looking for recent University graduates who are highly motivated, ambitious with an emphasis on critical thinking and competitiveness. Candidates should possess the following attributes:
- At least Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical / Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronic / Manufacturing Engineering, Mathematics, Applied Science or related field.
- Fast learners and good team players
- Passionate in Automotive Industry
- Applicants must be willing to work in Batu Kawan, Penang
