HR Supervisor
Job Descriptions:
- Perform HR tasks such as compensations and benefits, training and development, succession planning, employee relations, retention management and implementation.
- Responsible to maintain and review the Company’s HR Policy and Employee Handbook.
- Perform monthly payroll processing, monitoring, accurate payroll summary and reports in a timely manner
- Prepare full tasks of monthly payroll processing including OT claims, leave management, allowances, incentives, and bonus.
- Perform EPF, SOCSO, LHDN and Bank regard with monthly contributions, deductions, submissions and relevant correspondence liaison.
- Manage employee’s personal profile and performance appraisals such as probation, confirmation and yearly performance reviews.
- Manage Group Personal Accident, Insurance Group Hospitalization and Surgical Insurance.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma and above in Business Studies, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience as an HR Officer preferably from manufacturing Industry.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia, both written & spoken.
- Applicants must possess knowledge in Malaysian Employment Acts and HR legislation
Senior Program Manager
Job Descriptions:
- Coordinate and lead the internal team to meet desired new program, project and product development outcome that meet or exceed customer expectation.
- Manage project timeline base on baseline provided by customers and achievable supplier’s schedule.
- Perform customer samples build requirements such as DVT Build, Special Build and Engineering Build internally meeting customer required dateline.
- Ensure internal DFM Review meeting and provide internal feedback to superior if any potential design and manufacturing issues arise.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Management or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in Program Management, Business unit field.
- Must have knowledge of the manufacturing process such as Plastic Injection Moulding, Metal Stamping, Secondary Process, Assembly and Tooling Fabrication Process.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia, both written & spoken.
Tooling Engineer
Job Descriptions:
- Coordinate with Tool Designer, Toolroom and Process team to troubleshoot and resolve tool related problems.
- Manage all new tool development, involvement spanning from product design to first article release.
- Ensure there is sufficient lead time for the tool fabrication to meet customer’s schedule requirement.

Job Descriptions:
- Establish an excellent relationship with new, existing customers and distributors.
- Develop sales from customers, distributors and new markets.
- Follow-up on customers order, issue Project Definition Report (PDR) and collect outstanding payments.
- Update customers on new part’s information, Customers Forecast, Delivery Problems, Lead Time and Minimum Order Quantity.
- Accommodate right information for Quotation, Sample Printing, Customer Service Reference, Packing Orientation and Accounting Details.
- Review in-house production capacity before committing delivery to customers.
- Evaluate pricing on purchase order against the actual quoted price.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma, Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience as a Sales Executive preferably in a manufacturing environment.

- Possess knowledge of ISO 14001 EMS, Environmental Law and RoHS Compliant.
AP Accountant
Job Descriptions:
- Responsible for day-to-day AP processing requirements, including matching invoices to purchase orders, employee expense reimbursement, resolve the problem regarding invoices according to work procedures and SOX requirements.
- Perform full cycle accounts payable functions by coding, vouchering, reviewing, and processing all types of vendor invoices including employee business expense reimbursements while ensuring compliance with AP internal control, policies and procedures.
- Perform monthly end close to Ad Hoc task including Intercompany Reconciliations.
- Identify and lead improvement projects for AP
- Provide monthly accruals for outstanding expenses.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy or a Member of Malaysian Institute of Accounts or Equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in Finance, General Cost Accounting or Equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills in English, and Bahasa Malaysia, both written & spoken.
- Preferably candidates with knowledge in SAP.

Mechanical Automation Designer (Vision Industry)
Job Descriptions:
- Perform automation design and implementing cost-effective automation equipment.
- Develop project specifications with colleagues and other departments.
- Developing, testing and evaluating theoretical designs.
- Solve complex problems with manufacturing departments, subcontractors, suppliers and customers.
- Manage projects using engineering principles, techniques, producing details of specifications and outline designs.
- Cooperate with partners and sub-contractors to ensure timely delivery of fabrication components, parts and equipment.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma, Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any relevant field.

Finance Manager (Mandarin Speaker)
Job Descriptions:
- Manage full sets of accounts including tax and other finance, accounting related matters.
- Perform financial analysis, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, audit and taxation.
- Maintain formulas, implement accounting, internal control systems, policies, procedures to safeguard assets and operations.
- Responsible to manage financial data, P&L and balance sheet analysis.
- Manage Malaysia Corporate Taxation and GST accountings, review and submission.

Job Requirements:

Job Descriptions:
- Provide on field service and support to clients on company’s products whenever required.
- Execute mechanical assembly and wiring as well as improve and maintain current software assigned.
- Outline the mandatory requirements and perform significant testing when engaged in any projects.
- Accountable for protecting company intellectual properties and handling work documentation.
- Perform set-up and products assembly of company’s products.
- Accomplish data teaching for vision specification requirements.
- Support for providing feasibility studies and conducting lab test.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma, Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electrical Electronic Engineering, Mechatronic, Electromechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in Technical and Helpdesk Support.

Job Requirements:
