SALES ENGINEER
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Key account management.
- Build & develop strong functional & working relationship with customers and end-users.
- Monitor latest development in the industry and market to capture & build new business.
- Provide marketing intelligence feedback to management and local sales managers in market competitions.
- Work closely with local sales managers to achieve company’s objectives & goals.
- Assess market demands and deploy appropriate marketing strategies to secure new customers, new market, achieve individual & company sales target.
- Ensure timely payment collection from customers
- Maintains accurate records of all product pricing.
- Well-organized and able to generate and follow up on sales leads.
WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR:
- Minimum Degree in Engineering or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience in electronics or semiconductor industry would be an added advantage
- Fresh graduate or candidate with no prior experience could be considered as training will be provided.
- Proficient & good command of English & Chinese.
- Have a passion for success.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skill
- Must have the strong business acumen, aggressive, result orientated and dynamic & pleasant personality
- Proactive and self-motivated with a high sense of urgency, accountability and responsibility.
- Have to travel & possess own transport.
ACCOUNTANT
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and ensure timely submission of financial and management reports based on Financial Reporting Standards.
- Preparation of budgeting & budgetary control.
- Implementation of financial and accounting policies as well as improving procedures and internal control to ensure compliance with Accounting Standards, GST Acts, Income Tax Acts and company policies.
- Liaise with auditors, local authorities, statutory bodies and bankers.
- Tax planning and review.
- Able to meet ad-hoc assignments and deadline set.
WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR:
- Degree in Accountancy, Professional Accountancy Qualifications recognized by MIA such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA.
- Minimum 2 years of related working experience as Accountant. Experience in Audit Firm with group accounts will be an added advantage.
- Matured, independent, highly organized, flexible, result orientated, proactive approach to the working environment and possess basic management skills.
- Experienced and understanding of accounting principles, forecasting, costing and taxation.
- Computer literate and good skills in MS Office especially Excel applications.
LOGISTIC EXECUTIVE
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the Logistic & Warehouse management
- Cost management on logistics (cost down, minimizing logistic cost, negotiation with transport provider and forwarded to secure efficient service as well as competitive workable cost)
- Manage & handle logistics of ISO tank and bulk vessel for chemicals.
- Compliment the supply chain in sourcing for suppliers to support internal sales functions & requirement.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal & external parties such as government authorities, customs, forwarders, transporters, shipping agents for import & export shipment & delivery status.
- Responsible to monitor/arrange timely import and export shipments & ensure that all shipping documentation is in order.
- To apply for the necessary import/ export permit for the company products.
- Responsible for all import and export operations which include managing forwarding agents, shipping line, haulage, trucking, customs clearance, import & sales tax exemptions and others related operations in designated countries of operations.
- To accomplish ad-hoc assignment assigned by superior.
WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR:
- Minimum a Diploma / Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
- Minimum 2-5 years related working experience in customer service, logistics & warehousing operations
- Knowledge/experience in Oversea Import Regulation & Requirement would be added advantage
- Proficient in oral & written English Language and Mandarin
- Possess good customer service & problem-solving skills, good communication skills.
