Sales Support Assistant
Job Descriptions:
- Support sales personnel on sales documentations – quotation, agreement, presentation, etc
- Liaise with Product Support Department to obtain product cost & Logistic Department to obtain freight cost to quote customers
- Follow up on signed quotation/PO/signed agreement from Sales Personnel
- Monitor product ready date with supplier & update sales personnel on the installation date
- Monitor sales invoice to be billed according to the payment term quoted
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Management or equivalent
- At least one-year working experience in related field
- Computer literate
- Motivated, good communication and interpersonal skill
- Adapt well in fast-paced environment & able to work independently
