    Clerk (Procurement)

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Reports to Procurement Executive.
    • To match the daily GRN or invoice before submitting to Finance.
    • To analyse on daily MR or PR calculation accuracy before submitting to Head of Department.
    • To assist in various activities organise by ICS if needed.
    • Take a minute for meetings.
    • Attending to other works designated by the Head of Department.
    • Shall comply with any instructions or measures on Environment, Safety and Health (EHS) or any regulations made thereunder.

    Job Requirements:

    • Minimum SPM or equivalent.
    • Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience. Candidates with clerical experience are highly preferred.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
    • Good communication skills, written and verbal in English.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to form good teamwork and with a positive work attitude.
    • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

    Clerk (Warehouse)

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Report to Storekeeper.
    • To update inventory control in the system based on goods received and issued.
    • To keep their office area clean and organize.
    • To ensure proper security of their station from any unauthorized entry.
    • To carry out the physical stock check as instructed.
    • To compile and file all the documents.
    • To submit all documents on time.
    • Shall comply with any instruction or measurement on Environment, Safety and Health (EHS) or any regulation made thereunder.

     Job Requirements:

    • Minimum SPM or equivalent.
    • Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience. Candidates with clerical experience are highly preferred.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
    • Good communication skills, written and verbal in English.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to form good teamwork and with a positive work attitude.
    • Able to work on shift basis.

    Machinist

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Setup, operate & maintain CNC machines.
    • Setup, operate & maintain all measuring equipment, gauges & fixtures for making accurate inspection checks.
    • Read & interpret drawings.
    • Able to perform simple programming.
    • Work in the orderly fashion by keeping work areas & machinery in a tidy & clean condition after being used.
    • Perform daily housekeeping.
    • Engage in any other activities or responsibilities as requested by the Supervisor.
    • Notify the Supervisor of any machine or tooling problems which could jeopardize product quality or infringe safe work conditions.
    • Involve in routine continuous improvement plan.
    • Carry put general & preventive machine maintenance tasks.
    • Shall comply with any instructions or measures on EHS or any regulations made thereunder.

    Job Requirements:

    • Diploma qualification in Mechanical or Precision Engineering or equivalent.
    • Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience in precision machining.
    • Able to interpret technical drawing & use Precision Measuring Instruments.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to form good teamwork and with a positive work attitude.
    • Basic communication skills, written and verbal in English.
    • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
    • Able to work on a shift basis and able to support over time.

    Operator

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Will be assigned to manufacturing line and in-charge of one station.
    • Training will be provided.
    • Reporting directly to line supervisor.

    Job Requirements:

    • Minimum SPM or equivalent.
    • Preferably 1-year working experience in production.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to form good teamwork and with a positive work attitude.
    • Basic communication skills, written and verbal in English.
    • Able to work on a shift basis and able to support over time.

    QA Inspector

    Job Responsibilities:

    • To understand all inspection criteria, sampling plan and usage of measuring equipment.
    • To monitor and audit the production process and ensuring everything is according to the procedures and instructions.
    • Feedback to the supervisor and internal team on related quality issues.
    • Verify on the adequacy of QA documentation (ie. IPCS, SPC, inspection recording etc.).
    • Perform QA inspection according to inspection plan and instruction.
    • Proper handling and re-packing of products during /after inspection.
    • Implement other job assignments by superiors or management.

     Job Requirements:

    • Minimum SPM or equivalent.
    • Preferably 1-year working experience in product inspection.
    • Have knowledge of measurement skills.
    • Have good eye-sight.
    • Understand & know how to read a drawing.
    • Must follow customer requirement.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to form good teamwork and with a positive work attitude.
    • Basic communication skills, written and verbal in English.
    • Able to work on a shift basis and able to support over time.

    Store hand

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Reports to Senior Store Assistant.
    • To update inventory control in the system based on goods received and issued.
    • To prompt if any inventory drops to a minimum level.
    • To monitor the cleanliness of their station.
    • To ensure proper security of their station from any unauthorized entry.
    • To ensure all materials are properly placed at the designated locations or racks.
    • To carry out a physical stock check as instructed.
    • Shall comply with any instruction or measure on Environment, Safety and Health (EHS) or any regulation made thereunder.

    Job Requirements: 

    • Minimum SPM or equivalent.
    • Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience in the store area.
    • Must have basic knowledge of warehousing function.
    • Able to operate a forklift or reach truck.
    • Basic communication skills, written and verbal in English.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to form good teamwork and with a positive work attitude.
    • Able to work on a shift basis and able to support over time.

    Welder

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Lays out, positions, and secures parts and assemblies according to specifications.
    • Perform MIG, TIG and other types of weld based on project needs.
    • Select proper fillers for jobs based on project instructions on previous experience.
    • Perform welding on sheet metals parts according to specs.
    • Responsible for the quality of the parts produced.
    • Report to the supervisor and be responsible for the work done.
    •  Shall comply with any instructions or measures on Environment, Safety and Health (EHS) or any regulations made thereunder.

    Job Requirements:

    • Candidate must possess certificate or Diploma in Welding Field.
    • Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience in the welding area.
    • Must have knowledge of TIG, MIG and oxygen/acetylene welding (Brazing).
    • Must know to read drawing on first angle and third angle.
    • Basic communication skills, written and verbal in English.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to form good teamwork and with a positive work attitude.
    • Have knowledge of measurement skills.
    • Able to work on a shift basis and able to support over time.

    Assistant Planning Executive

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Prepare and release Route Card based on planner’s requirements.
    • Ensure Route Card is printed based on latest revision.
    • Create Job Order and Material Requisition referring to Build Plan.
    • Liaise with buyers on material availability referring to planner’s Build Plan.
    • Updating Daily Production Status of Job Order in Build Plan.
    • Follow up movement parts in production and also for shipments.
    • Ensure timely movement of parts from IQA to the back-end process.

    Job Requirements:

    • Diploma or above in Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain or any related discipline.
    • Minimum 2 years of related working experience in manufacturing.
    • Familiar with production planning and scheduling.
    • Customer oriented, pleasant personality with good negotiation and interpersonal skills to manage internal & external customers.
    • Strong communication skills, written and verbal in English.
    • Result oriented and pro-active.
    • Positive work attitude, a self-starter, able to work individually or in a team.
