SOFTWARE & CONTROL ENGINEER
Job Responsibilities:
- Design and develop PC/PLC based software codes & system control for automation equipment within the specific timeframe allocated.Test and debug automation types of equipment.
- Work as a team to evaluate interface between hardware and software as well as the operational and performance requirements of the overall system.
- Analyse and implement customer requirements and resolve software issues towards the feasibility of the design.
- Provide training & technical support when required.
- Work as a team for equipment setup, commissioning and buy off on-site.
- Prepare and update product documentation.
- Sustaining of an existing product portfolio.
- Liaise and coordinate with a supplier to ensure cost, lead-time and quality of products/services purchased are met.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Sciences/Information Technology/Software/Mechatronics/ Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience or knowledge in PLC programming, Microsoft C#.Net programming
- Familiar with MS Windows environment and networking
- Experience or Knowledge in electronics/electrical circuit design is an added advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

MECHANICAL DESIGN ENGINEER
Job Responsibilities:
- Design & develop the mechanism for a standard automated machine.
- Generate detail drawing and BOM within project schedule requirements.
- Define, analyze and resolve machine related issues to improve customer satisfaction.
- Plan schedule, delegate and supervise on-going assembly, installation and commissioning of all projects that were assigned.
- Source & evaluate machine components to enhance machine performance, function and cost.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical Design) or equivalent.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD or Solidworks.
- Knowledge and experience in the hydraulic & pneumatic system is an advantage
- Self-motivated, able to work independently.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants with interest in mechanical design and exposure to automation industry or mass production environment are welcome to apply.

SERVICE ENGINEER
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible to provide onsite support and monitoring for the respective customer.
- Analyze and implementing customer’s requirements.
- Resolving software issues.
- Provide application integration test and documentation.
- Provide assistance and software supports.
- To conduct the evaluation of source for solutions to meet customer’s demand.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering discipline i.e: Electrical & Electronics, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
- Ability to work efficiently to meet development deadlines.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures including safety requirements.
PROCUREMENT ENGINEER
Job Responsibilities:
- Source for potential suppliers in line with the specification.
- Do extensive industry research, meet with salespeople and compares their products and prices.
- Managing to purchase in accordance with the requisition, specification, project schedule and good commercial practices.
- Ensure the appropriate term and conditions are specified in the Purchase Order.
- Prepare for negotiation of shortlisted suppliers to the lowest prices with timely delivery.
- Negotiate better payment term.
- Evaluate and update new/existing vendors into Approved Supplier List.
- Prepare procurement status report as per project requirements.
- Work with internal engineering/project team to identify critical materials, equipment or service to be purchased.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma in any field.
- Open for fresh graduates.
- Experience in an engineering, procurement and operations
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with personal computers and networking, specifically Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to analyze bills of material and drawings to understand key requirements.
- Knowledge and direct experience in negotiating contracts and quotations with Contract Manufacturers and Suppliers.

APPLICATION ENGINEER
Job Responsibilities:
- To fine-tune vision machine at the internal/external site.
- To monitor current system at a customer site and do data collections.
- To do servicing at customer sites when TTV machine is down.
- To provide training to end user.
- To evaluate product given by the customer.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electronics), Engineering (Computer), Engineering (Mechatronics), Engineering, (Electrical/Electronic), Electronics Design or Computer Science.
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
- Knowledge of Electrical & Electronics design.
- Good analytical & problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge & experience in the vision system, image processing, optics, vision control, basic mechanical & machine automation is an added advantage.

PRODUCTION ENGINEER
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for planning and managing the assigned project starting from receiving PO, preparing Gantt chart, purchasing until machine shipment.
- Responsible for coordinating the project to ensure Quality, OTD & Cost objectives are meeting.
- Report on project progress to Production Supervisor.
- Responsible for quality control of parts received, work in process and finished tools.
- Responsible for assembly cost, including material, people (sub-contractor) & layout.
- Responsible to maintain proper documentation.
- Able to follow up with Purchasing on the purchased parts or component for the project.
- Coordinates and maintains the quality control program to ensure continuous production of products consistent with established standards.
- Ensure the products are produced on time and are in a good quality.
- Develops and analyzes statistical data and product specifications to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of finished products.
- Ensure Health and Safety guidelines are followed.
- Ensure 5S is implemented and followed.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electronics), Engineering (Computer), Engineering (Mechatronics), Engineering, (Electrical/Electronic), Electronics Design or Computer Science.
- Able to understanding engineering drawings and electrical schematic diagram, technical knowledge with basic parts inspection, modules assembly & critical alignment.
- Able to lead and manage sub-contractors on a project basis.
- Good in project management skill, work independently, self-initiative and self-motivated, good personality, committed and reliable personnel.
VISION DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER
Job Responsibilities:
- Degree in Computer Sciences/Information Technology/Software/Mechatronics/Electrical/ Electronics Engineering or equivalent
- Experience or knowledge in Microsoft C#, .Net programming, using vision libraries such as Euresys, Halcon, Cognex or other.
- Experience or Knowledge in vision system development, optics or image processing.
- Experience or Knowledge in electronics/electrical circuit design is an added advantage.

NETWORK ENGINEER
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and administering computer networks and related computing environments including systems software, applications software, hardware and configurations.
- Performing disaster recovery operations and data backups when required.
- Protecting data, software, and hardware by coordinating, planning, and implementing network security measures.
- Troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and other network and system problems.
- Replacing faulty network hardware components when required.
- Maintaining, configuring and monitoring virus protection software and email applications.
- Monitoring network performance to determine if adjustments need to be made.
- Conferring with network users about solving existing system problems.
- Operating master consoles to monitor the performance of networks and computer systems.
- Coordinating computer network access and use.
- Designing, configuring and testing network software, computer hardware, and operating system software.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Sciences/Information Technology, related field of study with a network engineering focus.
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure and network hardware.
- Ability to think through problems and visualize solutions.
- Ability to implement, administer, and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices, including wireless access points firewall, routers, switches, controllers.
- Knowledge of application transport and network infrastructure protocols.
- Ability to create accurate network diagrams and documentation for design and planning network communication systems.
- Provides specific detailed information for hardware and software selection.
- Ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technology and products using documentation and internet resources.
- Ability to work with all levels of staff within and outside of IT and outside the organization.

SHIPPING & ADMIN CLERK
Job Responsibilities:
- Helping out in daily admin and shipping related administrative work.
- Assisting in arranging & booking transport for local and overseas shipment and set time for collection.
- Monitor outgoing & incoming shipment and communicate appropriately with the superior.
- Monitoring packing work was done by vendors to ensure compliance with shipping requirements.
- Monitor loading of the machine into transport.
- Data entry and filing of shipping related documents.
- Other tasks assigned by superior.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM.
- Candidate should have good communication skills in both oral and written.
- Knowledge in ERP and computer literate will be added advantage.
- Candidate must able to work independently, positive work attitude and teamwork.
- Must be able to work in a team.
