    Customer Service Executive

    Job Descriptions:

    • To liaise with Planning, Engineering, Production and Warehouse Departments to ensure timely delivery to customers worldwide.
    • To provide administration support to Sales & Marketing.
    • To co-ordinate with customers on order fulfilment related issues.
    • To monitor and provide feedback to management on any issues/ problems pertaining to deliveries, products or our sales services.
    • To liaise with customers enquiries and on all delivery arrangements with our customers.
    • To provide forecast analysis for supplier management inventory programs.

    Job Requirements:

    • Bachelor Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Marketing or equivalent.
    • Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience.  Candidates with Customer Service experience are highly preferred.
    • Customer oriented, pleasant personality with good negotiation and interpersonal skills to manage internal & external customers.
    • Strong communication skills, written and verbal in English.
    • Result oriented and pro-active.
    • Positive work attitude, a self-starter, able to work individually or in a team.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).

    Production Planner

    Job Descriptions:

    • Liaises with sales and master planner division to determine customer requirements.
    • Predict how long a production will take to complete.
    • Develop a production schedule detailing all tasks and when they should be completed by to meet predicted completion date.
    • Monitors production’s progress to ensure its following the schedule.
    • Troubleshoots problems that occur during production, including staff shortages and machinery malfunctions.
    • Organize production paperwork, including purchases orders, and maintains records.
    • Monitors production paperwork, including purchase orders and maintains records.
    • Monitors production and raw material costs.
    • Collect and assess data about the production and team’s performance.
    • Prepares the report on production and team’s performance.
    • Prepares reports about production processes for upper management and suggests ways to improve efficiency.

    Job Requirements:

    • Degree in Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain or any related discipline.
    • Minimum 3 years of related working experience in manufacturing.
    • Customer oriented, pleasant personality with good negotiation and interpersonal skills to manage internal & external customers.
    • Strong communication skills, written and verbal in English.
    • Result oriented and pro-active.
    • Positive work attitude, a self-starter, able to work individually or in a team.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).

    CNC Programmer

    Job Descriptions:

    • To carry out & responsible for CNC machines’ programming setting duties.
    • Confirms project requirements by reviewing program objective, input data and output requirements.
    • To ensure all programming meet specification, follow program standard procedure, in good quality before passing to production.
    • Ensures operation of equipment by following manufacturer’s instruction; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
    • To assist the superior to meet department KPI & Goals.
    • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
    • Any others duties as provided for by the immediate superior or the from time to time.

    Job Requirements: 

    • Candidate must possess minimum SPM.
    • 2 years of working experience in CNC Programming in a sheet metal industry.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to form good teamwork and with a positive work attitude.
    • Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve in a quick, calm, analytical and methodical manner.
    • Ability to work independently and still make significant contributions to the team.
    • Ability to prioritise and multi-task under a time constraint.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).

    QA Engineer

    Job Descriptions:

    • Overall to support Customers in all quality issues & to be accounted for internal processes and documentation in quality aspect.
    • Conformance to Specification: Monitor and control conformance to specification.
    • Corrective action: Initiate meeting, coordinate and monitor corrective action loop in solving major quality SPC.
    • To establish statistical process monitor and controls for QA, where applicable.
    • Specification Review: To update and review QA specifications and procedure based on the information of change from internal and/or external basis.

    Job Requirements: 

    • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Science, Mathematics, Engineering or any related discipline.
    • Minimum 1 year of working experience in QA, Manufacturing or Engineering and with knowledge in Mechanical Engineering.
    • Working experience in sheet metal fabrication industry and able to apply quality tools to resolve problems is an added advantage.
    • Able to understand Engineering drawing.
    • Strong communication skills, written and verbal in English.
    • Positive work attitude, a self-starter, able to work individually or in a team.
    • Customer oriented, pleasant personality with good negotiation and interpersonal skills to manage internal & external customers.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).

    Sales Engineer

    Job Descriptions:

    • Support the overall activities of Sales Development.
    • Lead/support the sales team to achieve set target and goals.
    • Ensure meets products requirements and quality and meets customer specification/drawing.
    • Responsible for achieving the FA approval from Customer.
    • Monitor products process run smoothly and meets committed dateline.
    • Works closely with the customer on every new product.
    • Resolve all sales issue arising.
    • RFQ/Support marketing technical issue.
    • Study the tooling/costing.
    • Help the company to achieve ISO 9001-2000.
    • To communicate with customer on all Engineering issue.
    • Carry out other assignment required by Sales & Marketing Manager.

    Job Requirements: 

    • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
    • 2 years of working experience in similar field.
    • Customer oriented, pleasant personality with good negotiation and interpersonal skills to manage external customers in dealing with new products and technical
    • Strong communication skills, written and verbal in English.
