    Sales Advisor

    Job Requirements:

    • Minimum SPM , Diploma or Degree
    • Experience in service related industries.
    • Sales background from FMCG or Direct Sales companies
    • Good communication skills.  Ability to speak and write good Bahasa Malaysia and English.
    • Familiar with the area of operation.

    Sales Manager

    Job Responsibilities:

    • To guide, monitor and motivate DSAs in their daily sales activities.
    • To train & create sales activities for DSAs. To recruit DSAs when applicable.
    • To promote and acquire commercial customers as new sign-ups to the Astro Service and convert business premises using Astro residential packages to Astro commercial packages subscribers.
    • To promote and acquire SMEs customers & key corporate account.
    • To conducts field visit and blitz to reach the Potential Commercial Subscribers together with DSAs.
    • To achieve monthly revenue & new sign up a target for personal and team.
    • To handle customer enquiry and up-selling existing commercial customers.
    • To monitor customers portfolio and cross-selling commercial packages to new and existing customers.
    • To make cold calls to the selected commercial database for sign up an appointment.

    Job Requirements:

    • Diploma with minimum 3 years experience in sales of consumer goods or equivalent.
    • Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and other dialects.
    • Good communication skills.
    • Good training, coaching and motivation skills.
    • Knowledge of local market opportunities.
    • Wide contacts with potential business partners and local authorities.
    • Good knowledge of the local geography.
