We are seeking the passionate individual to join as:
Software Engineer (Bespoke)
Job Responsibilities:
- Provides estimation of resources, budget and risks involved during application development and enhancement, and reviews work quality (i.e. code, test and etc.) of team members when functions as team lead
- Collaborates with users to understand, acquire and analyse business requirements to formalise system specifications, ensuring project meets business and standards requirements
- Conducts system design, code development and prototypes for application, including unit test, integration test and user acceptance test (UAT), ensuring business requirements and software development standards have been met
- Responsible for the application support and maintenance, working with system administration team to plan upgrades, optimise application architecture and performance in order to improve efficiency, reduce costs and optimise resources
- Conducts a post-implementation review, proposes suitable technical solutions to resolve issues and ensure root causes are identified and resolved to improve software design and coding standards
- Provides support in various IT projects as required to promote cross-functional learning and development, balance team workload and enhance overall team productivity
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or its equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in software development and object-oriented programming in Java and web service
- Experience in Structured Query Language (SQL) and report design tools
- Good fundamentals in data structures, algorithms and multi-threading/ parallel-processing
- Good experience using Object Relational Mapping Frameworks (ORM), e.g. Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF), .Net Entity Framework, Messaging and Middleware frameworks (such as SOA)
- Good experience in open source development environment including Hudson, JUnit, and Subversion
- Good knowledge and experience in Agile and Waterfall Methodologies, complete software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Good knowledge and understanding of business processes and requirements
- Ability to work with vendors to deliver applications that meet business requirements
Assistant Engineer/ Drafting Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
- Involved in design and drafting of various projects ranging from oil rig and vessels construction, ship conversion and offshore engineering.
- Prepare engineering drawings according to Classification Societies and Clients’ requirements.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by superior(s) from time to time
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess an Engineering Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Civil Engineering, Manufacturing Technology (CAD/CAM) or equivalent.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Draftsman
Job Responsibilities:
- Assists Engineers and Assistant Engineers in drafting various 2-D drawings and 3-D modeling.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by superior(s) from time to time
Job Requirements:
- Minimum SPM/ O Levels and above.
- Drafting experience in Structural, Piping, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering drawings will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Assistant Administration Officer
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for AP and AR management, collating and checking all supporting documents (i.e. billings, invoices, and etc.) as well as verifying the sources of information for further action
- Handles billing inquiries, verifying billings and invoices received from vendors and contractors, ensuring information has been captured in the PA system for the preparation of AP cheques for payments
- Collates information for use in AR ledgers to ensure accurate identification of overpayments, deductions, and adjustment of customer claims based on the verified documents with guidance from senior team members
- Raises sales invoices within the intended time frame and generates AR invoices, including following up on all overdue accounts payments and recharges to reduce debtors to an optimum level and to reflect net monthly payment terms
- Provides AP & AR updates in JDE, ensuring all records or entries on transactions and payments issued or received are properly kept and maintained for audit trail
- Prepares, documents and disburses payroll checks/ direct deposits, employee benefit payments, employee statement of earnings and updates data into payroll system (Sage UBS)
- Supports the coordination efforts between payroll, human resource and other relevant departments to ensure proper flow and regular maintenance of employee data
- Responds to routine inquiries from managers and employees and maintains updating of payroll system (i.e. posting new hires on the payroll system, terminating employees on the system, changing of employee status to active/inactive, etc.) with guidance from senior team members
- Executes routine administrative responsibilities
Job Requirements:
- Good proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
- Good knowledge user of Microsoft Office products
- Knowledge and understanding the flow of transactions in an integrated and automated payroll accounting system
- Some knowledge in accounts payables, accounts receivable, financial accounting systems and associated financial platforms
- Some knowledge of HR Policies (e.g. EPF Act, Retirement Act, Income Tax Act and etc.)
- Some knowledge of Malaysia’s financial/ tax regulations and legislation
