    Customer Service Executive

    Job Requirements:

    • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
    • At least 2 – 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Required Skills and have experience in managing CSE.
    • Familiarity with Navision System Software will be added advantage.
    • Responsible for daily operation and can work under pressure.
    • Computer literate and able to work independently.

    Job Descriptions:

    • Able to maintain and grow the existing customer revenue.
    • Able to build and foster good relationship with customer.
    • Able to help company develop new business through existing customers.
    • Able to ensure customer satisfaction through good service.
    • Have good negotiation skill, self-starter, pro-active, positive attitude with good communication skills.
    • Work closely and good follow up with various internal support team/departments.
    • To process customer sales and service enquiries received by phone and emails.
    • To prepare quotations and samples to customer as and when needed.
    • To maintaining sales statistics and records of field sales performance.
    • Able to handle customer complaints in a professional way.
    • Develop a harmonious relationship between the company and customers so as the achieve the company’s goals and objectives.
    • Assist to business manager in managing sales and business development activities.
    • Provide an up-to-date and accurate feedback on customers requirements and sales forecast.
    • Preparation of various reports to customer and management.
    • Any other job assignments required by the immediate superior from time to time.
    • Preferably with experiences in handling multinational company specialized in customer service or equivalent.
