    Senior Recruitment Manager

    Job descriptions:

    • Fully responsible for the development of the recruitment process and the implementation of recruitment innovations.
    • Manage and lead the recruitment process and the overall utilization of HR Recruiters at all stages.
    • Drive proactive sourcing plans to attract external talents using direct channels in line with business needs.

    Required qualifications:        

    • Experience of direct sourcing for talent, including interviewing, negotiating and closing offer as well as the ability to support the team in development of these skills.
    •  Strong computer skills and proficient in Microsoft application
    • Experience with employment branding strategies, high energy, enthusiasm and passion for recruitment.
    • Good English. Both spoken and written

    Senior Sales Manager

    Job descriptions:

    • Building sales strategies and revenue generation, review on the existent sales department strategies, track sales activities and create sales report to sales management.
    • Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies, analyzing trends and results.
    • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for, projecting expected sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
    • Maintain sales volume, product mix, selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors.
    • Establish and adjust selling prices by monitoring cost, competition, supply and demand.

    Required qualifications:      

    • Proficient in Microsoft application
    • Knowledge in Sales Planning, Business Etiquette, Lead Management and Presentation Skills
    • Good English. Both spoken and written
