Account Clerk
Job Requirements:
- To assist daily accounting and administration/ operational task
- Must be able to use SQL system
- Update details in SQL system
- Managing Excel Summary
- Liaise with customers on billing issues
- Preparing and issuing of invoices for billing purposes
- To monitor bank transactions and balances
- Preparing tax and GST submission
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly report
- Posses own transport and driving license
- Computer proficiency: – MS office applications (word, excel, power point)
- Active, Honest & Efficient Person
- Preferred (Female) Chinese
Required Qualifications:
- Must have Accounting background
- 1 – 3 years experience of account
