Driver

Areas of responsibilities:

• To chauffeur and ensure safety of the Company Official or others who are riding in the Company vehicle.
• To maintain good condition and cleanliness of the company car as well as taking care of good personal hygiene.
• To support in running office errands and general office dispatch works as and when required.
• To abide by the rules and regulations on the road.
• To keep a travel log to record locations travelled to, travel time, and work hours.
• To consider best routes, climate checking and traffic reports to ensure the best driving condition.
• To be responsible about the safety of the Company vehicle while driving on the road and parking at the designated parking area.
• Ensure timely tracking of vehicle maintenance and insurance renewal.
• Willing to work long hours/flexible hours.
• Being relief driver for top management as and when required.
• Able to travel outstation as and when required.
• Able to protect the confidentiality of the journey performed.
• Able to stand by and on call for ad-hoc duty.
• Able to perform other assigned duties when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum SRP or SPM qualification.
• Preferably with 2-3 years working experience in similar capacity.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Highly disciplined.
• Firm and tactful when dealing with people.
• Ex-military personnel are encouraged to apply.
• Prepared to perform shift work and weekends.
