    PROPERTY OFFICER (CONTRACT):
    (Appointment by Pedeco Management Sdn Bhd) 

    Requirements:

    • Possess a Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from approved institutions AND/OR holder of Chargeman AO grade certificate of competency.
    • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in related field.
    • Fluent written and spoken Bahasa Melayu and English. 

    Brief Job Descriptions:

    • Carry out maintenance and repairs to building and M&E equipment.
    • Attend to complaints/problems from residents and carry out the necessary rectification work; keying details into software system (IFCA).
    • Manage service contractors and perform Preventive Maintenance work; updating information in software system (IFCA).
    • Regula checking of building and M&E equipment condition and take remedial actions.
    • Assist to collect service charges, sinking fund and other payments from residents and input into software system (IFCA).

    ACCOUNTANT (CONTRACT):

    Requirements:

    • Recognized Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
    • Possess at least 4 years audit experience in a public accounting firm or in a large-scale property development company.
    • Well versed in Ms Office applications (Work, Excel, Power point).
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Melayu and English.
    • Familiarity with IFCA financial reporting system and project accounting will be an added advantage.
    • Possess strong leadership, planning, analytical & problem solving skills.

    Brief Job Descriptions:

    • Preparation of monthly group financial statements & critical review of financial performance.
    • Responsible for budgetary control & variance analysis between actual and budget.
    • Financial reporting to management.
    • Liaison with auditors on statutory audits and (Jabatan Audit Negara) JAN audits.
    • Tax planning and group treasury management.

    ADMIN OFFICER (CONTRACT):

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor of Engineering (Civil or Structure).
    • Experience as Project Engineer.
    • Advanced with MS Office / IFCA details.
    • Knowledge in digital areas.
    • Well verse in laws, guidelines, work procedures and related standards.

    Brief Job Descriptions:

    • Assist Division Manager with all the tasks and aspects related to the Global Business System (GBS) project at Mayang Mall.
    • Assist in terms of provision and implementation of the project.
    • Monitoring the work of the Technical Division throughout the renovation of the Mayang Mall building.
    • Attend meetings with internal and external parties (Invest Penang and Technical Division).
    • Provide support and assistance to PDC Management from all aspects of GBS’s business and marketing.
    • Overall oversight of project quality work (such as budget, plan, gantt chart and workmanship).
    • Monitor project developments and coordinate with related parties to ensure smooth and well-developed projects.

    CREDIT COLLECTOR (CONTRACT)

    Requirements:

    • Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) Accredition OR United Examination Certificate (UEC) with a credit in Bahasa Melayu.
    • Age between 21 to 25 years.
    • Possess motorcycle with a valid license.
    • Good communication skills.
    • Convincing personality.

    Brief Job Descriptions:

    • Run a promotion to get new borrowers.
    • Appraisal for new borrowers.
    • Conduct investigation and visit to business premises of loan applicant.
    • Carry out loan repayment collection.
    • To collect debt collection which is overdue.
