1) Finance Executive
- To prepare and administer all transaction related to month end account closing, assist in preparing audit schedule, maintaining / clearing contra account and prepare statistic report
- To prepare official receipt, statement of account, etc
- To prepare journal for month end closing, maintain custom duty account, prepayment, etc to enable actual P&L ready on time
Qualifications and requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in any field of studies
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in accounting field
- Applicants must be willing to work in Batu Kawan.
2) HR Executive
- In-charge of daily Time Attendance Management and Leave Management module in HRIS system
- In-charge of operator payroll related transaction such as incentive calculation, OT payment, shift allowance, etc to ensure timely and accurately payroll payment
- In-charge of yearly group insurance renewal
- Monitor and prepare letter of confirmation, extension, renewal of contract, etc to ensure timely no delay in the transaction
- To attend to employee enquiry for all HR related matters and provide necessary solution to assist employee
- To administer employee welfare, claims, benefits and verify the payment before submit for finance for claim process
Qualifications and requirements:
- At least a Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, or equivalent with 1 year of relevant experience
- Fluent in both Bahasa Malaysia and English and Able to communicate well with people in all levels and work independently.
- Passion in HR
- Good in numerical and willing to expose with payroll function
3) Company Driver ( CONTRACT BASED – RENEWABLE )
- Personal driver to director
- Familiar with road in Peninsular Malaysia
- Can speak with basic English
- Willing to work overtime
