    Accounts Assistant (Contract)

    Requirements:

    • Possess minimum of Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) qualification in recognized accounts stream or other accounting qualification equivalent or Unified Examination Certificate (UEC) with a credit in Bahasa Melayu.

    • Minimum of two (2) years’ working experience which utilizes the basic accounting skills required for this position.

    • Skilled in the MS Office application (Word, Excel & Power Point)

    • Skilled in communicating (written and verbal) in Bahasa Melayu and English.

    • Ability to use the IFCA financial reporting system will be an added advantage.

    Job Descriptions:

    • Preparation of bank reconciliation statement and relevant journal(s).

    • Processing of payments for contracts, supplies and services and utility bills.

    • Manage safekeeping of all vouchers and related documents.

    • Preparation of supporting documents for the financial statement.

    • Assist in the preparation of monthly invoices.

     Sales & Marketing Executive (Contract)

    Requirements:

    • Degree in Business Studies/ Marketing/ Economics or equivalent from recognized institutions of higher learning.

    • Minimum 3 years’ working experience in property sales & marketing.

    • Experience in marketing property (housing) development.

    • Knowledge in IFCA will be an added advantage.

    • Willing to work on weekends and/or public holidays.

    • Customer-service oriented, good communication and interpersonal skills, good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Melayu. Ability to converse in other common languages will be an added advantage.

    • Self-motivated, creative, able to work in a team, willing to learn, disciplined, good and has a positive attitude and able to take pressure in meeting deadlines given.

    Job Descriptions:

    • Assist to formulate, implement and execute sales and marketing strategies.

    • Prepare, organize and follow through completion of SPA and loan approval and to complete all sales transaction promptly.

    • Assist in pre-sales launch preparation and handover event–to source for and liaise with suppliers for quotation, assist in preparation of marketing materials to meet deadlines given.

    • Prepare all sales and marketing related documents.

    • Prepare, update and maintain display materials in sales office as well as for roadshows and exhibitions.

    • To upkeep and ensure the sales gallery is in tip-top condition.

    • Conduct market survey and research. Maintain and update market and competitor’s information and data.

    • Ensure all activities related to sales & marketing are executed smoothly.

    • Prepare various sales and marketing related reports and proposals.

    • Ensure that all works assigned are carried out diligently to meet all deadlines given.

    • Perform other/ ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior from time to time.

    • Attend to all sales enquiries and achieve the sales target.

    • Assist in proposing simple design and write-up for Facebook posting and marketing collaterals.

     

    Sales Administrative Assistant (Contract)

    Requirements:

    • Minimum SPM or equivalent or Unified Examination Certificate (UEC) with a credit in Bahasa Melayu.

    • At least two years’ experience in property development specifically sales administration.

    • Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Words, Excel and Power Point.

    • Knowledge in IFCA system or equivalent.

    • Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Melayu. Ability to converse in other common languages will be an added advantage.

    • Willing to learn, self- motivated, disciplined, good and positive attitude, able to work in a team, and able to meet deadline set.

    • Willing to work during weekends/public holidays.

    Job Descriptions:

    • Prepare, check and follow up of with solicitors on the execution of Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA), DMC and other related documents.

    • Follow upon loan approval and loan letter of offer with purchasers, financiers and solicitors.

    • Follow up on outstanding billing from solicitors, financiers & purchasers.

    • Generate and send out progress billing notices to the purchasers, financiersand solicitors and follow up on timely release of loan.

    • Update, print out, review and proper filing of weekly collection reports.

    • Ensure all monies in progress payment, quit rent, and other charges due are collected prior to release of house keys to purchasers.

    • Assist in preparation of handing over of Vacant Possession.

    • Check Form 14A and send for execution and record before returning Original title to solicitors.

    • Online application of Developer License, Sales Advertising Permit, withdrawal of HDA and dealing with KPKT.

    Assistant Engineer (Civil & Structural) (Contract)

    Requirements:

    Candidates must possess the following qualification:-

    • Malaysian citizen;

    • Aged 18 and or above on the closing date of the advertisement; and

    i. recognised certificate in engineering from a local polytechnic or any other equivalent qualification.

    or

    ii. recognised diploma in engineering from a local higher institute of learning or any other equivalent qualification.

    Bahasa Melayu requirement:

    candidate must possess a distinction (at least Grade C) in Bahasa Melayu for the Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia / Sijil Vokasional Malaysia or any qualification recognised as equivalent by the Government.

    Job Descriptions:

    Responsible in managing the engineering scope of a project implementation such as:-

    • Provide technical assistance to engineer, architect and project manager in executing projects before, during, and after construction.

    • Attend coordination and site meetings, provide updated information to supervisors, co- workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.

    • Conduct site inspections (if necessary or instructed) to observe conditions impacting design and to identify solutions to technical design problems involving building construction.

    • Provide technical assistance to liaise with relevant local authorities in regards to the Engineering Plan and site inspection approvals.

    • Assist engineer to review engineering drawings, record inventory, monitor sites, supervise implementation of construction monitoring works at project site, prepare project progress report, assist in quotation and under preparation works and carry out building     maintenance works.

    • Assist to verify and recommend contractor’s progress claim, additional works variation orders and final account.

    • Update self on latest engineering aspects and apply to daily work.

    • Other assignments as assignment from time to time.

    Assistant Architect (Contract)

    Requirements:

    • Min.  Diploma in Architecture

    • Min. 2-5 Years of working experience in Architectural / Building construction.

    • Required skill(s): MS Office / AutoCAD

    • Additional skills of advantage:  Adobe illustrator / photoshop / Microsoft Project

    Job Descriptions:

    • Provide technical assistance to architect and project manager in executing projects and assist on resolution when architectural problems are encountered before, during, and after construction.

    • Attend coordination, site meeting and providing updated information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.

    • Conduct site inspections (if necessary or instructed) to observe conditions impacting design and to identify solutions to technical design problems involving building construction.

    • Provide technical assistance to liaise with relevant local authorities to obtain submission plan approval and site inspection.

    • Assist to review and understand architectural design proposals, shop drawings and design comments for proper architectural practice and design criteria, also provide recommendation approval or disapproval.

    Project Engineer (Contract)

    Requirements:

    • Degree in Engineering (Civil and Structural)

    • Minimum 2 – 4 years experience as a project engineer

    • Past experience in landfill closure and landfill management is an advantage

    • Proficient in MS Office software’s

    • Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards

    Job Descriptions:

    • Assist the Project Director/Project Manager with all project duties

    • Assists in preparation and implementation of Project Execution Plan (PEP).

    • Attends all Co-ordination as well as Progress Meetings (Internal as well as with Contractor and Client)

    • Assisting preparation of Minutes of Meetings and updates of project progress in ICT system.

    • Provide full support as required by the Management and Project Management Team

    • Monitor compliance to applicable codes of practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications.

    • Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status.

    • Monitor performance of the project and co-ordinating with the contractor and project management team to ensure smooth running of the project.

    Project Coordinator (Contract)

    Requirements:

    Candidates must possess the following qualification:-

    • Malaysian citizen;

    • Recognised certificate in civil engineering from a local polytechnic or any other equivalent qualification.

    or

    • Recognised diploma in civil engineering from a local higher institute of learning or any other equivalent qualification.

    • Knowledgeable on the use of Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.

    • Able to communicate well in Bahasa Melayu and English.

    • Minimum two (2) years working experience at an engineering consultancy firm.

    Job Descriptions:

    • Provide technical assistance to engineer in executing project during pre-construction.

    • Deal with local authorities with regard to submission of engineering works application, obtain feedback from the local authorities and matters relating to compliance of terms and conditions for plan approval.

    • Assist in updating of project status and uploading of correspondences and plans approved by the local authorities into the PDC ICT software.

    • Assist engineer to review engineering drawings, record project inventory, prepare project progress report, assist in quotation and tender preparation works.

    • Assist engineer in preparation of civil and structural engineering plans based on engineer’s design using the AutoCAD software.

    • Other assignments as assigned from time to time.

    Senior Technician (Contract)

    Requirements:

    • Diploma in Electrical Engineering

    • ‘Chargeman A4’ Certificate from Suruhanjaya Tenaga

    Job Descriptions:

    • Monitor and supervise the execution of works related to projects involving electricity on site, including the renovation and upgrading of office buildings, factories and PDC commercial units.

    • Monitor and supervise the maintenance of electricity, including:

    – identify and repair the damage to the electrical connection

    – inspect and test electrical equipment related to building

    • Dealing with PBT (TNB, BPP, PSP, Telekom) in matters relating to approvals, etc.

    • Other related works
