1) Production Manager
Job Descriptions:
– Fully responsible for the overall management of EMC & DBP Production and their activities to meet department accountabilities.
– Responsible for planning, developing, implementing and executing strategic programs such as long term initiatives, goal and objectives to improve long term productivity, quality, safety and environmental performance of the plant’s operation.
– Plan and manages all resources inclusive of manpower (including determining workload, delegating assignments, evaluating performance and initiating corrective or disciplinary action) physical assists and capabilities using overall company guidelines and operating principles to meet departmental goals and objectives in line with company’s short and long term business plans.
– Responsible for total production management including achievement performances for production yield, quality, inventory cost, lead-time conformance products, safety and housekeeping.
– Ensure effective upwards and downwards communications and continuously improve working relationships to meet operation goals and objectives.
– Responsible for reporting of proposal and plans, budgets, cost reduction and efficiency improvements, production performance, etc.
– Ensure housekeeping (5S & 3T) is maintained at the highest standards.
Education & Experience:
– At least a bachelor degree – Science, Engineering, Industrial Technology
– Minimum 3 years of managing experience in production / manufacturing processes and techniques
– Knowledge of quality systems and standards
– Knowledge of process improvement techniques and management principles
– Knowledge of human resource principles and practices
– Knowledge of engineering and technology principles and practices
– Solid computer skills
2) Asst Engineering Manager
Job Descriptions:
– Fully responsible for the overall management of Engineering activities involving planning, developing, implementing and executing strategic programs such as long term initiatives, goal and objectives to ensure no unscheduled interruption to company wide operation.
– Plan, manage and control department budgets, training and development of resources precisely and economically through the delivery of cost saving, efficiency and continuous quality improvements.
– Check overall engineering budget/expenditure on machine parts, etc. submitted by Engineering Engineer on monthly basis to ensure that schedule, budget, desired inventory level and cost targets are met.
– Design and implement methods and processes in production to establish standard workflow rate and improve efficiency and also act as liaison between management and vendor or contactor from start to finish of project.
– To cooperate and provide full support to production to maximize production first pass yield, productivity, product quality, stability and minimize operation cost by optimizing and improving machine efficiency / manufacturing processes including equipment technologies / capabilities and create new manufacturing processes deemed effective and efficiency.
– Responsible to lead the continuous metal improvement programme to ensure our manufacturing capabilities and reliability towards exceeding customer expectation.
– To manage, plan, direct and coordinate all engineering functions including aligning staff to support production demands as well as analysing part manufacturability in determining the requirements / process needed to ensure smooth product transition from R&D to production (APQP Process).
– To emphasize on a Lean Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM) program with a focus on “Predictive and Preventive Maintenance” systems approach.
Education & Experience:
– At least a bachelor’s degree – Science, Engineering, Industrial Technology
– Minimum 3 years experience in Engineering Department
– Knowledge of quality systems and standards
– Knowledge of health and safety standards and compliance
– Knowledge of total preventive and maintenance and management principles
– Knowledge of human resource principles and practices
– Knowledge of engineering and technology principles and practices
– Solid computer skills
3) QA Engineer
Job Descriptions:
– Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Chemistry or equivalent.
– At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
– Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
– Full-Time position(s) available.
– Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities:
– Check quality report of outgoing products and generates product specifications
– Conduct QMS, product and process audit
– Coordinates/conducts failure analysis on defective samples, data analysis and trouble shooting
– Liaise with customers on quality requirements/issues/complaints/audits/assessments and ensure they are addressed accordingly and timely
4) Sr QC Engineer
Job Descriptions:
– Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Chemistry or equivalent.
– At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
– Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
Responsibilities:
– To maintain and improve the system and performance of the laboratories in line with its policy, objective and targets.
– To perform analysis of defective incoming materials, semi-finished and finished products and to assist vendor/production line in trouble shooting quality related problems.
– To maintain and upgrade the quality control system, calibration system, inspection and failure analysis and statistical techniques.
– Preferable as qualified Quality Management System audit.
