1. Operator
Job Descriptions
Frequency: Weekly basis
- Operating production line equipment and machines
- Reporting equipment faults to supervisor or technician
- Engage in processing of material (loading and unloading) of materials into the machine
- Monitoring the production process and carry out necessary quality checks to ensure materials are loaded correctly and unloaded properly
- Maintain a neat and clean environment in the workplace
Requirements
- Female
- Age 18 – 38
- Candidate must possess at least SPM education
- Malaysian
2. Manufacturing Supervisor
Job Descriptions
Frequency: Monthly basis
- To lead and supervise production team in meeting productivity targets set by customer
- Handling of daily production report and any issue which may arise to ensure that the production machinery is well maintained and operational at all times
- To maintain 5S in Production floor to improve operator’s productivity and practice good housekeeping and teamwork morale
- To optimize the manpower deployment by re-scheduling the work of the affected workforce to minimize the effect of stoppage (eg:- overtime) caused by repair, maintenance, material shortage, absentees or other reasons
- To ensure enough manpower inside the production floor based on headcount allocated to handle each machine area
- Able to do reporting using Microsoft Office Excel application
- Other job as assigned
Requirements

- Candidate must possess at least Certificate and above
- Microsoft office application skills
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
3. Manufacturing Trainer
Job Descriptions
Frequency: Weekly basis
- Conduct operator specific skills training requirement (eg: Manufacturing Gencore courses)
- Plan and schedule operators training, certification and recertification and coordinate with production on the training schedule
- Carry out simulation training, prepare and upgrade the training materials in line with customer’s requirements.
- Prepare training material (eg: training modules, training aids, notes and etc)
- Maintain up to date operators training records
- Maintain discipline at all time to ensure effective operators training
- Participate actively in new product training during customer’s handover on new training requirements to be learn up
Requirements
- Male / Female
- Candidate must possess at least Certificate and above
- Literacy in Microsoft Office applications
- Able to work on shift basis
- Independent, good interpersonal, good communication skills (verbally as well as written), flexibility with pragmatically approaches to finish the job on time
- Exposure in manufacturing environment is an advantage
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
4. Technician
Job Descriptions
Frequency: Weekly basis
- Able to perform debug and failure analysis on motherboards using schematic diagram with tool such as multi-meter, huntron and scope.
- Expect to find the root cause in one to 3 attempt of loop (Debug to Rework)
- Able to perform Level I – Rework for simple components.
- Able to perform soldering

- Candidate must possess at least Certificate and above
- Exposure in manufacturing environment is an advantage
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
