    Customer Service Officer

    Job Description

     Responsibilities

    • Insert customer and account data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents within time limits
    • Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
    • Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output
    • Apply data program techniques and procedures
    • Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations
    • Keep information confidential

    Requirements

    • Proven data entry working experience
    • Typing speed and accuracy
    • Familiarity with MS Office and data programs
    • Trustworthy with an eye for detail
    • Minimum Diploma and above
    • Willingness to work on Saturdays and Public Holidays

    Payroll and Admin Executive

    Job Description

    Responsibilities

    • Preparation of monthly payroll for employees
    • Submission of salary reports to the Finance Department on monthly basis
    • Submission of monthly statutory payments within the targeted timeline
    • Managing employees’ payroll queries
    • Ensure payroll process adheres to all Reporting and Audit requirements
    • Constantly reviewing payroll processes to propose improvement
    • Manage the office administrative tasks including petty cash, statutory correspondence, procurement and any other office tasks requested by your manager

    The Person:

    • Possess a recognized degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration or any related fields.
    • Advance Microsoft office skill
    • Attention to detail and able to deliver quality output
    • Trustworthy, able to work independently and under pressure
    • Excellent interpersonal skill and hunger for new knowledge and continues improvement
    • A team player who enjoys family oriented working environment

    Human Resource Senior Executive

    Primary Duties

    • This is a generalist position. Covering areas of Recruitment, Compensation & Benefit, Employee relations and Training at the same time being a good mentor to the rest of the team.
    • Ensure we select candidates that will contribute and support our unique working environment.
    • Nurture and develop our team, but recognising their individual needs.
    • Lead our training program and ensure we have the most knowledgeable people in the sector.
    • Leverage off Toll’s learning management system, e-learning system and all other available aids.
    • Ensure stakeholder feedback is converted to continuous improvement and that every complaint turns into a learning opportunity.
    • Help define and establish a great working environment.
    • Lead our staff engagement program, which includes our reward & recognition program, our community engagement program, our second start program and our charity program.

    Qualifications

    • Min Bachelor’s degree in related field.
    • Min 5 years of experience in HR field.
    • Has experience conducting mass recruitment, employee engagement programs and training.
    • Well versed in Malaysian employment act and the Labour law.
    • Has experience being involved in improvement projects.
    • Experience in payroll is an advantage.
