Management Associate program

Job Description:

-Successful candidates will undergo an extensive classroom training and intensive on the job training for a period of 2 years.

-To engage with prospects, build relationship and rapport with existing clients.

-To market our financial products to potential customers.

-An experienced mentor will be assigned to guide you throughout the journey- face to face development.

Requirements:

-Minimum a recognized Bachelor’s Degree in any field, preferably those with 1 year of working experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

-Outgoing with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

-Actively participating in co-curriculum activities.

-Performance-driven, enthusiastic and highly motivated towards a successful career.

-We offer a lucrative remuneration package and benefits. Monthly salary starts from RM 3,000.
