Engineer (Lube Process Development)

Job Description/Responsibilities:
- Take charge as representative/Back-up Lube process engineer in the NPI team to ensure the smooth execution of tribology SMO, FEN & DPPM builds
- Responsible for Lube Cpk improvement activities
- Responsible for Lube instruments’ EMP & Gauge R&R improvement activities
- Take charge in leadership on documentation & FMEA for Lube process
- Responsible for cost saving initiatives for Lube Process
- Work /collaborate with ET&A for new process & equipment development
- Responsible for new software & equipment qualification & propagation
- Assist in second source development for Lube process
- Understand In-depth knowledge for lube tribology function
- Take charge & coordinate the process troubleshooting for quality issue encountered in Lube, ACD or UV process
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical & Electronic / Mechanical Engineering / Physics / Chemical or equivalent
- Minimum 1 – 3 years of related working experience in manufacturing environment
- Having experience with product testing and machine troubleshooting will be an added advantage
- Possess computer knowledge such as MS Excel data compilation and MS PowerPoint presentation
- Having experience in using statistics and analytical tool such as Minitab or JMP will be an added advantage
- Certified with Green Belt or Black Belt will be an added advantage
Technician 2 (Operation Test Support)

- Operate Test Equipment to ensure achieve Test Out target without create any Post-Test defect
- Monitor Key Process Input Variable (KPIV), Key Process Output Variable (KPOV), Product Yields and Quality are in control

- Ensure test equipment is in optimum condition to eliminate production interruption and unplanned downtime

- Perform the equipment check list regularly and diligently

Job Description/Responsibilities:
- Verify quantity in Mesa system Vs Physical number, product tracking system before start production, correct product flow and product code from system
- Monitor on line Statistical Process Control (SPC) chart
- Load and unload with the correct orientation
- Understand the basic operating procedure
- Monitor machine condition and trigger technician when there are any abnormalities observed
- Execute lube thickness sampling and do adjustment on pull speed if the SPC trend drifted
- Involve in inventory control and perform product flow management to avoid long Work In Progress (WIP) time and fast result is obtained
- Follow up on jump queue data and attend to machine issue
- Handle daily machine monitoring, tape change and machine bring up
- Perform lube distillation and lube top up
- Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ISO standards
