    Line Leader

    Job description summary (roles and responsibilities):

    • Carry out 5 minite discussion with operator.
    • Update on qualiry and line status.
    • Run the production as per scheduled.
    • By off line shift change over and model change over.
    • Carry out start up/conversion checklist, SPC and function check daily.
    • Update hourly figure,feedback to supervisor/Officer if target set are not achieve.
    • Verify the 2 component glue sampling checklist and sign every 1/2 hours.
    • Ensure all materials are labelled.
    • Ensure all glue bottles/tanks are labelled and 5 S in good condition.
    • Clear reject, salvage and scrap part daily and feedback to concern operators.
    • Daily update point CIP board end of shift.
    • Allocate operators by process requirement.
    • Train new operator in the line and certification (polyvalence) and job rotation.
    • Update the production communication board on daily basis.

    Project Leader

    Job description summary (roles and responsibilities):

    As a project leader / project manager you will manage product development and product introduction projects with full responsibility and accountability from concept creation and RFQ / quotation phase until start of mass production. You and your team will work according to a standard product creation process that includes various prototype phases, predefined quality gates and a regular project status reporting and KPI tracking. You will need to establish and maintain the project documentation such as budget plans, resource plans, schedules and risk lists and you need to make sure that the various functional leaders provide appropriate support and that your project teams work in an organized, structured and systematic way towards common project targets. Furthermore, you will handle project escalations internally and externally and, together with the responsible account managers, you will maintain the customer interfaces.

    Required qualification, skill and experience:

    • at least around 8-10 years of experiences in the area of project / program management preferably related to the development of electronic products within the automotive industry
    • passionate about developing high-quality products according to automotive standards and passionate about motivating and managing project teams accordingly
    • excellent skills and knowledge of state-of-the-art project / program management practices as per common standards such like PMP, PgMP, CPAM and similar
    • excellent communication, moderation and conflict resolution skills
    • good technical background in the area of electronic product development, e.g. basic knowledge of mechanical, HW and SW engineering practices, plus good knowledge about best practice product design principles such as design-to-cost or design-for-manufacturability
    • bright, highly self-motivated and self-driven personality
    • knowledge in audio / sound is desirable
    • proficient in English language
    • willingness to travel from time-to-time

    Supervisor

    Job description summary (roles and responsibilities):

    – Responsible for stores activities in SKD/CKD, and Materials Warehouse.

    – To implement and streamline the stores operation system to achieve cost deduction

    – Increase productivity, efficiency and effectiveness of stores services.

    – To ensure subordinates adhered and comply to TS16949 and ISO14000 requirements

    – Company Policies and procedures related to ethical practice, operations and safety rules and regulation.

    – To ensure and maintain high level of productivity, efficiency, effectiveness and proper execution of subordinates daily duties and routines.

    – Identify and provide safety operation training, development, motivation to subordinates

    – Promote teamwork for better efficiency, quality of work and achieve department goals.

    – To monitor, control and maintain the stores operation procedures at stock accuracy of 99.9%

    – To ensure FIFO issuance system is followed accordingly.

    – To ensure material handling equipments including scanners are well maintained, service and in good condition.

    – To ensure proper protection and security of all goods and items received and stored.

    – Establish measurement to prevent service failures and achieve on time delivery.

    – Liaison with relevant departments for those goods which are received with discrepancies or improper packing.

    – To execute any other duties, as and when directed by the superior, from time to time.
