4 Vacancies:-
1) Marketing Executive
- To plan, develop and implement company’s marketing strategies, communications and public relation activities.
- To develop, executive activities including events, product launching, promotional booth to promote public awareness of the company
- To design advertisement, source production & distribution of all publication
- To manage the consistency of printing marketing materials, including leaflets, posters and flyers.
- To win an opportunity to lead special event as assigned by superior
- To liaise with event planner, designer or printer effectively
Qualifications and requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in any field of studies
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in marketing or event planning field
- Applicants must be willing to work in Batu Kawan.
2) Sales Executive (Non-Commission based)
- To support and work towards the achievement of the branch’s sales target and to ensure that the sales target are met.
- To ensure the dealers are displaying Honda models in full range and to penetrate dealers if there is zero stock in hand on certain models.
- To establish a good rapport with dealers and sub-dealers by monthly visit.
- To function as an advisor to identify dealers’ strengths and weaknesses, and to share the experience of sales activities/events form one dealer to another.
- To disseminating and make sure Point of Purchase materials are display properly.
- To locate reliable market intelligence and to counter-check on the validity from the external source.
- To monitor dealers’ credit limit and account daily and to ensure the monthly sales order collection from dealers.
- To confirm and ensure the on time delivery of bikes to the dealers.
- To carry out the market analysis on competitors’ activities, new models, sales incentive campaign and others.
- To carry out ad-hoc tasks such as collection of passport for campaign trip, attend activities held by dealers, documentation and answering of incoming calls aside from dealers.
Qualifications and requirement:
- At least a Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent with 2 years of relevant experience in the Sales, Business Development and Marketing.
- Candidate with working experience in Automobile / Automotive Ancillary / Vehicle Industry is an added advantage.
- Fluent in both Bahasa Malaysia and English is a must. Knowledge of Chinese, Cantonese and Hokkien dialect is an added advantage.
- Willing to travel.
- Able to communicate well with people in all levels and work independently.
3) Purchasing Executive (Direct Purchasing)
- To handle direct purchasing tasks by sourcing for the parts as per the requirements stated in the mechanical drawing
- To study product costing and negotiate with suppliers to ensure fair pricing for the related parts
- To ensure timely delivery of parts as promised by the suppliers to meet the production schedule
- To work with Parts Quality team and supplier to confirm on the quality of parts produced by the suppliers
- To propose localization and source for new suppliers
- To perform audit on new suppliers
Qualifications and requirement:
- Preferable candidates with Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Materials Engineering or equivalent field of study.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in direct purchasing field. Experience in purchasing of mechanical / automotive parts will be an added advantage
- Fluent in both Bahasa Malaysia and English is a must.
4) Lorry Driver (Contract)
- Own License E & GDL
- SPM level
- Must be able to read and write in Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to travel long distance within Peninsular Malaysia
