    Status

    1.

     Horticulturist

    (1 vacancy)

    Requirements:

    • At least a Diploma in Horticulture or related field.
    • 3-5 years of working experience in related field.
    • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines and maintain good attendance record.
    • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationship with clients, co-workers, contractors, vendors and other persons encountered in the course of daily duties.

    Brief Job Descriptions : 

    • Provide technical advice to management, liaise with consultants and landscape architects in overall administration and operation of landscape maintenance policies and practices.
    • Ensure matters related to landscape contract and maintenance are properly managed according to accepted horticulture practices.
    • Provide advice on landscape related works and participate in supervision works for new landscape contract where expertise is required.
    • Maintain the high standard and consistent standard of landscape maintenance in line with the administration policies.
    • Control and analyze on an on-going basis landscape projects & operations, as follows :-

    – Work heavy load machine and transportation operation landscape maintenance.

    – Tools and equipment and light machine operation landscape maintenance.

    – Agrichemical and fertilizer operation landscape maintenance.

    – Cutting dangerous trees at public areas.

    – Cleanliness and rubbish collection at public areas.

     Project Executive

    (1 Vacancy)

     Requirements :

    • Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or Contract/Project Management.
    • At least 5 years of working experience with consultants, developers or contractors preferably those with site experience.
    • Well-versed with Microsoft Office and knowledge in using AutoCAD & Microsoft Project.
    • Experience working with high rise building projects (office, apartment, flat) will be an advantage.

    Brief Job Descriptions : 

    • To assist Project Managers to plan/implement Affordable Housing Projects including all administrative/contractual matters and to deal with consultants/authorities.

    System Analyst

    Requirements:

    • Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent.
    • At least 3 years of working experience in similar capacity.
    • Good communication, interpersonal and planning skills.
    • Good team player with positive outlook and attitude and able to work independently.
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
    • Good working knowledge in web applications development, responsive UI development and support.
    • Experience in web administration including Content Management System (CMS) support.
    • Knowledge in ASP.NET, PHP and HTML/CSS preferred.
    • Working experience in MSSQL database administration preferred.

    Brief Job Descriptions:

    • To assist in developing and maintaining IT application systems, including dealing with vendors, suppliers, management and IT users.
    • To provide technical support, training requirements and advisory relating to computer systems, applications and users.
    • Ensure smooth operations to all the related hardware, networking and software, including IT acquisition and implementation.
    • Develop IT requirements and recommending the action plans for implementation.

    IT Project Manager

    Requirements:

    • Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology) or equivalent.
    • At least 5 years of working experience in similar capacity.
    • Experience in web-based applications deployment preferred.
    • Excellent organisational, time and project management skills.
    • Proven full project life cycle experience.
    • Good / strong stakeholder management.
    • Good communication, interpersonal and planning skill.
    • Good team player with positive outlook and attitude and able to work independently.
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
    • Ability to direct and supervise work of others and operate in a team environment.

    Brief Job Descriptions:

    Plan, coordinate and integrate cross-functional IT projects and manage the project from inception to completion to meet the business needs of PDC and its subsidiaries.  The responsibilities cover:

    • Establish and manage a Project Management Office (PMO) function for the assigned projects.
    • Handle all processes in the PMO office not limiting to delivering project planning, resource planning, reporting, budget, procurement, system development, risk management, migration exercise and project administration standards.
    • Liaise with various departments to understand and compile users’ requirements.
    • Identify, source and/or develop suitable IT solutions that meet the users’ requirements.
    • Prepare requests for proposals and conduct all necessary meetings to facilitate selection of project services and products.
    • Organise and manage all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion and requirements are managed effectively and scope controlled throughout project life cycle.
    • Coach and train the key users.
    • Ensure Change Management Controls, Document Management, and Configuration Management processes are improved and adhered;
    • Plan and oversee the preparation and dissemination of project communications.

     Accountant

    (1 Vacancy)

    Requirements:

    • Recognised Degree in Accountancy or equivalent Professional Accounting qualification.
    • Possess at least 4 years audit experience in a public accounting firm or related experience in a large property development company.
    • Well-versed in Ms Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point).
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Melayu and English.
    • Familiarity with IFCA financial reporting system and project accounting will be an added advantage.
    • Possess strong leadership, planning, analytical & problem solving skills.

     Brief Job Descriptions :

    • Preparation of financial statements & critical review of financial performance.
    • Responsible for budgetary control.
    • Financial reporting to management.
    • Tax planning and treasury management.
