    Scope :

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    1. Be the focal interface between operations team and multiple subcontractor partners in coordinating the startups in the semiconductor environment. This involves a high coordination effort between the relevant partners to ensure electrical/mechanical prefabrication installations progresses as planned and adhering to the design.

    Intermediate Assembly Technical Specialist (Ref 1367696)

     Scope:

    To provide timely and effective technical support to the variety of highly automated equipment used in the following areas: Printhead Manufacturing, Tab Head Assemblies (THAs) and the manufacturing of MEMS (Micro-Electro-Mechanical System) for pen firing chamber. This role is for MEMs (Micro-Electro-Mechanical System) equipment transfer and will require travelling of 3-6months.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    1. Responsible for achieving and maintaining equipment uptime, yield and output goals through effective troubleshooting and repairs to meet operational objectives.
    2. Proactively resolve equipment issues and provide failure analysis report to his peers effectively
    3. Plan and execute preventive maintenance tasks as well as initiating and implementing improvement projects to enhance equipment reliability and meeting quality compliance.
    4. Participate in new line or equipment set up and ensures tooling conversion are done within the required timeline.
    5. Initiate spare purchase and maintain equipment spare parts to ensure spare availability at minimum costs.
    6. Collaborate with engineer to improve process/tooling performance.
    7. Knowledge of ISO 9K, OHSAS 18K and ISO14K requirements.

    Requirements:

    1. Diploma in Engineering (Mechatronics / Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Manufacturing) or equivalent Degree or Diploma from relevant institutes in MYS
