Senior/ Junior Sales Coordinator

(Full Time/ Part Time)

Responsibilities:

• Greet, serve and assist customers as they enter the store
• To manage product display at store, promote and upkeep the brand’s image

• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing good customer service
• Keep up to date with special and on-going promotions.
• Practice security measures in order to uphold a safe and comfortable environment for customers
• Take instructions and perform task with full commitment assigned by superior

Requirements:

• Malaysian only
• Age 18-32
• Minimum SPM qualification
• Passionate in fashion
• Basic written and good communication skills (both Bahasa Malaysia and English)
• Well-groomed and pleasant personality
• Team player, hardworking, with positive and open mindset
• Possess good selling skills
• Willing to work retail shift hours
• For Senior Sales Coordinator position, at least 2 years related working experience is required
