    Based in Prai, Penang

    Sales Manager (Engineering Plastics Division) – 1 vacancy

    Job Responsibility:

    Responsible for marketing & sales of Engineering Plastics.

    • Develop and implement effective sales objectives & strategies, achieve sales goals.
    • Track and monitor team’s sales performance.
    • Provide strong leadership and direction to develop and motivate sales team and workforce.
    • Develop new customer base and maintain existing sales.
    • Undertake market research, keep up to date with market developments and provide feedback to Management.
    • Prepare management and sales reports, etc. for submission to Management / Board
    • Any other duties assigned by management from time to time as deemed necessary
    • Travelling will be expected from time to time

    Job Requirements:

    • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field
    • Excellent written and spoken English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia with strong negotiation skills
    • Min 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field with at least 2 year(s) at manager capacity is required for this position
    • Able to work independently under pressure and with minimum supervision
    • Result-oriented, committed and resourceful with a high level of integrity
    • Pleasant personality, self-starter, resourceful, energetic, dynamic and positive
    • Required skill(s): Excellent interpersonal, planning, organizing, communication, people management and analytical skills.
    • Experience in sales administration will be an added advantage.
    • 3 Full-Time position(s) available – Location: Penang, KL, Johor.
