    We manage high-rise residential which supervise service providers for and on behalf of the Joint Management Body or Management Corporation in undertaking maintenance services such as: security, cleaning, lift maintenance, landscaping, fire safety compliance, M&E (mechanical and electrical) maintenance, pest control, swimming pool and recreational facilities maintenance and any other repair and improvement works.

    2 Positions:

    ADMIN CLERK AND COLLECTION CLERK 

    roles and responsibilities

    Collection of maintenance charges and all other income, e.g. Insurance, Quit Rent etc.

    Required qualification, skill and experience

    Working location @ Sungai Ara, Bayan Baru or Bukit Gambir.

    Salary will base on their experience.

    Min: RM1,200.00

    Age range: 20 to 50.

    Have own transportation.

    Simple computer knowledge.

    Training will be provided.
