IE Executive
The role:
Responsible to provide the factory with the concepts, tools and processes to maximize the productivity of manpower, machines and space in support of the factory’s KPI target.
Requirements:-
- Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent with minimum 3 years related experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel and Words.
Lean Manufacturing Executive
The role:
Within the guidance of the Lean Manufacturing Manager, facilitates TPS, DMAIC and Mass Innovation activities across the whole plant and ensure improvements are sustained, in support of the business objectives and annual operating plans.
Requirements:-
- Degree in any discipline with minimum 3 years related experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, AUTOCAD, 6 SIGMA methodology.
Staff Recruitment Executive
The role:
To provide the recruitment , selection and orientation functional expertise and service to equip line managers with the HCM tools to attract, recruit and select, integrate, retain and engaged and competent while operating within all applicable country, customer, Group and Plant policies and guidelines and in ways that create a sustainable and engaged workforce
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent with three years related experience.
- Meticulous and high data integrity.
- Able to work independently.
Facilities Manager
The role:
To provide managerial leadership to the Facilities team to ensure proper functioning and cost effective use of all factory building infrastructure, land1, utilities and non production equipment in order to provide an effective and safe working environment in compliance with environment standard.
The requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical & Controls Engineering or relevant discipline.
- Minimum 5 years related experience in an manufacturing environment.
