Network Engineer
(Based in Penang)
Type of Vacancy: Contract
Job Description:
Manage the information security function in accordance with the established policies and guidelines.
Establish and maintain information security standards and procedures in compliance with state information security and risk management policies, standards and guidelines.
Conduct the information security risk assessment program. Review compliance with the information security policy and associated procedures.
Coordinate information security efforts to meet the Internal Audit.
Provide periodic reporting on information security issues
Anti-virus, internet browsing, software license compliance, etc
Coordinate security orientation, training and security awareness programs.
Support and maintain hardware & software of the functionality of infrastructure framework and designing and planning major upgrades and changes to ensure reliability and availability
Symantec EndPoint Server, Active Directory, etc
Evaluates infrastructure services equipment and software for purchase; recommends new configurations, provides training or arranges for vendor training for system users. Develops cost estimates and makes recommendations for systems development and upgrades to existing systems.
Design and implement system security and data assurance.
Create flowcharts, diagrams, manuals and detailed sets of instructions including algorithms that tell computers what to do.
Troubleshoot and resolve computer and telephony related issues when issue happens
Administrative of systems and servers related network to ensure availability of services to users.
Manage backup & restoration infrastructure
Resolve failure backup, provide proactive recommendation for improving backup & restoration operation
Requirement:
Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent
Minimum 5 years relevant experience in network support and system administration areas
Knowledge in information security will be added advantage

Job Description:

Fully handling customers’ inquiries for both pre-sales and after sales services.
To prepare proposal, Quotation and conduct presentation for Customers.

Job Description:
To provide the technical assistance during the pre-sales cycle (in Microsoft / Wintel Systems / Microsoft, x86 Server, Storage, Virtualization and Software related solutions).
To assist sales team in preparing technical solutions by preparing technical proposal, doing technical presentation and demo.
To attend sales calls with sales team when necessary to fulfil customers’ requirements.
To provide technical assistance to AM in identifying solution for customers
To assist AM in constructing technical proposals
To assist in demos, presentation, systems evaluation, seminars and prototype
To advise customer on technical architecture & deployment
Manage customer expectations and satisfactions

Participate in application design, development, enhancements and implementation of system solutions;
