Position         : Validation Engineer

Openings       :  10

Work Location : Bayan Lepas, Penang

1. Participate in Intel embedded graphic/IO driver for Intel embedded chipsets platform under Microsoft Windows, Linux operating system and firmware.

2. Receive the Test Matrix coverage and execute following the timeline give, with daily progress update.

3. Run the test and file the Bug into bug tracking system.

4. Update the Test Execution status to Technical lead.

5. Verify and Close the HSD bug fixes within every cycle.

6. Perform SMOKE tests and collect benchmarking data when necessary.

7. The ability to work independently and minimum guidance required.

*prefer to have Linux knowledge.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
• Knowledge in different OS: Linux & Windows.
• Programming skills: C Language, C#, Perl Scripting would be an added advantage.

Position    : Test Developer

Position    : Layout Mask Design Engineer

Work Location : Bayan Lepas, Penang & Kulim Hi-Tech Park, Kedah

• Responsible for VLSI component physical layout and data entry, translating schematic into layout geometry at cell/fub/floor planning/module level.
• Perform physical assembly and layout verification. Use of CAD tools such as Cadence PLE/VXL(Virtuoso-XL) and layout verification tools extensively.
• Preparation of multi dimensional layout and detailed drawing of semiconductor devices.
• Built optimize layout, perform ECO changes within broadly defined physical parameters.
• Troubleshooting in layout verification LVS, DRC and others errors like Antenna for fixes within specific project timeline. (Calibre Standard)
• Exposure to the most advance Mask/Layout design software tools and hardware technologies (< 22nm).

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): VLSI (Very Large Scale Integration), PLE (Physical Layout Estimation), ECO (Engineering Change Orders).
• Preferred skill(s): LVS (Layout vs Schematic), DRC (Design Rule Check), Calibre.

Position : Senior / Advance / Junior Digital IC Design Engineer

 Job Scope:

• Define ASIC DFT architecture and test strategy for Consumer Imaging Products.
• Perform ASIC top level DFT integration, test insertion and verification.
• Perform DFT rule check to ensure design meet testability requirement and test coverage goal.
• Develop RTL code for test logics, such as BIST, JTAG TAP and IP test wrapper.
• Develop test modes timing constraints and perform STA for test logic timing closure.
• Involve in DFT tools flow and test methodology development, including ATPG, test insertion, BIST, diagnostic, low power, High-speed I/O and analog/mixed signal IP testing.
• Develop and verify functional and scan test vectors for ATE.
• Work with test development team on silicon turn-on, IP characterization, test debug and yield improvement activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor / Master Degree in Electrical & Electronic or equivalent.
• Experience in digital IC design/verification with industry tool flows (simulation, LEC, synthesis, STA).
• Familiar with verilog, system verilog and Perl/Tcl script.
• Knowledge in DFT, including ATPG scan, BIST, and JTAG TAP.
• Knowledge in CPU architecture, DDR2/3, high speed I/O and analog/mixed signal design is a plus.
• Minimum 4 years relevant working experience for senior position.
• 1-4 years relevant working experience for Junior / Advance positions.
