Centre Manager 1
- To handles retail education products in Test Preparation for the US Market and improve English levels for those planning to study abroad. You should have connections with International schools as well as top local and government schools and tertiary institutes in Penang & north Malaysia.
- You must have a good working knowledge of the education industry. Near native English is an absolute must for this post as candidates will be dealing with top level educators & Universities in the States.
- Capable of building a successful business unit and managing a small team. If you have experience in in working with young adults or exposure recruiting students for overseas education, dealing with teachers and parents, this position will appeal to you
Centre Manager 2
- To handles Corporate Learning and providing training solutions as well as staffing for MNCs both local and overseas. You have experience in human resource selection and placement and a passion for providing work related learning to improve productivity or increase staff performance and morale.
- You have established negotiation skills and a high level of external presence. Training solutions for clients could include soft skills training, selecting trainers, training products and working on handouts.
