We manage high-rise residential which supervise service providers for and on behalf of the Joint Management Body or Management Corporation in undertaking maintenance services such as: security, cleaning, lift maintenance, landscaping, fire safety compliance, M&E (mechanical and electrical) maintenance, pest control, swimming pool and recreational facilities maintenance and any other repair and improvement works.
2 Positions:
Clerk: Collection of maintenance charges and all other income, e.g. Insurance, Quit Rent etc.
Building Supervisor: prefer with experience
Required qualification, skill and experience:
– Working location @ Paya Terubong, Farlim, Bayan Baru and Bukit Gambir.
– Salary will base on their experience.
– Age range: 20 to 50.
– Have own transportation.
– Simple computer knowledge.
– Training will be provided.
