1) Project Engineer
Responsibilities:-
• Responsible for coordinating, planning and managing resources for projects as assigned.
• Lead and manage over project operation with minimal supervision
• Preparing and maintaining Gantt Charts, Project Organization Chart, Design Review, FMEA and Job Initiation Form.
• Monitor project progress and advise Project Manager on the project status, highlighting any delayed activities, cause of delay, area of concern and remedial action to be taken.
• Work closely with Project Team, Engineering, Procurement, QC and subcontractors on matters concerning to progress and schedule analysis.
• Prepare and update progress report periodically
• Responsible for maintaining cost control over the project
• Keep project within budget
• Track and record revenue on percentage of completion method
Requirements:
• Degree in an Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in project management
• Required skill(s): MS Excel & MS Project.
• Good experience in planning, project scheduling, cost control and progress reporting.
• Good communication skills both oral and written in English.
2). Field Service Engineer
Responsibilities :
• To perform technical service (customer sites service) activities involving the installation, commissioning, buy off, maintenance and troubleshooting of existing/new equipment.
• To plan, develop & execute activities to ensure on-time delivery and meeting customer’s expectation, providing 24 hours equipment support based on call escalations on assigned projects.
• To perform reporting and documentation on-site.
• To provide spare parts management support.
• To deliver end user training at customer sites
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English
- Technically sound in mechanical and system control software.
- Willing to travel and work at odd hours
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in automation industry.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Engineering – Mechanical/Automotive or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
3). Technical Writer and Documentation
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for creating, writing and publishing various types of user documentation including Installation Guides, Release Notes, Technical Notes, references, manual, training documents and others.
• Consult and work closely with different departments in ensuring documents are clear, concise and straightforward for end-user audience.
• Work closely with different departments to prepare training materials and provide support for training
• Help to drive innovative ideas and initiatives to make content more accessible user-friendly and identify new ways to present information to users.
Requirements :
• Diploma/Degree in electrical / mechanical engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years in technical writing
• Knowledge in mechanical and electrical engineering
• Experience in structured merge of technical documentation
• Proficient in SolidWorks and MS-Office
• Independent, structured and analytical working skill
• Proficient and fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Occasional business trips
4) Mechanical Design Engineer cum Application Engineer
Responsibilities:-
- Provide technical support to sales department dealing with sales enquiries
- Responsible for technical discussions and clarifications to customers’ queries
- Define and analyses customers’ requirements identifying potential solutions to be offered by the company
- Obtain technical information and prepare conceptual designs in machine and equipment
- Estimate and calculating project cost to support the development of company’s quotation
- Compile and create technical proposal for customers
- Participates in presentation proposal
- Communicate with project team to handover accurate specifications when project starts.
Requirement :-
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years’ working experience in designing equipment / machinery / jigs and fixtures
- Required skill(s): 3D CAD software, Solid Work, AutoCad.
- Required language(s): English
- Experience in FMEA and project management.
- Pro-active, result oriented and able to work with minimum supervision.
- Strong project management skills.
