1. TRAINER (APPLIED ENGINEERING)
The responsibilities include
Teaching
- Teach in classes for theory and practical sessions and assessing all tests and examination according to JPK and PSDC requirements
- Prepare and conduct new students’ orientation and JPK registration according to PSDC and JPK requirements
- Assess students’ portfolios according to PSDC and JPK requirements
- Plan and schedule theory and practical tests and examination sessions systematically
- Develop teaching material for course work & final examination (theory and practical) according to JPK and PSDC requirements
Maintenance and Housekeeping
- Responsible for machine and equipment preventive maintenance in PSDC based on 5S concept
- Responsible for own work station and students’ housekeeping based on 5S concept
Marketing
- Involve in Open Days and Education Fairs to market training programs
Others
- Involve in other industrial related activities such as consultancy etc. when required
Requirements:
- Malaysian, age above 21 years
- Possess a recognised Diploma Kemahiran Malaysia (DKM – Level 4) or Diploma Lanjutan Kemahiran Malaysia (DLKM – Level 5)
- Acquired JPK PP/PPD/PPB Induction Course and Vocational Training Officer Certificate (Level 3)
- 2 years working experience in Machining Industry
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good working attitude
2. LECTURER (SCHOOL OF ENGINEERING)
Responsibilities:
- Deliver lectures & tutorials to diploma students and in selected professional courses
- Provide supervision, guidance and counseling to students
- Involve in course and program development
- Involve in assessment and examination process
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Electrical & Electronics/ Mechanical Engineering. Preference will be given to Masters holders
- At least 1 year of teaching experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Open minded, committed and proactive
- Possess a passion for teaching and caring for young adults
- Industry experts are encouraged to apply

3. MARKETING EXECUTIVE – Hired
Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing Annual Marketing Plans & Strategies
- Promote courses through direct marketing, exhibitions, visits and social media
- Handle inquiries
- Assist in planning yearly marketing budget
- Assist in improving customer service and marketing capabilities
- Increase customers and attachment partners base
- Generate market research/intelligence and customer training needs reports.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Marketing or equivalent
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Preferably some working experience in Marketing/Business Development.
4. TECHNICAL SUPPORT ASSISTANT – Hired
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, set-up and maintain the Electro-Magnetic Compatibility (EMC) Lab to ensure its optimal working condition for customers’ usage
- Perform EMC tests for customers as assigned by Lab Manager/Engineer
- Attend to customers’ requests and report to Lab Manager/Engineer for follow-up actions
- Maintain and update laboratory Equipment List to ensure that all equipment used for testing are tracked and calibrated at all times
- Assist Lab Manager/Engineer in the handling of quality/technical issues/customer complaints as necessary
- Assist in lab supervision and reporting
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or equivalent. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Able to work long hours as and when required
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
5. CHEF DE PARTIE
The responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Daily food preparation that meet set standards and quality
- Work according to the menu specifications
- Keep work area in hygienic conditions at all times
- Control food stock and food cost
- Prepare the daily mis-en-place and food production
- Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily operation &keep up to date with new recipes and preparation techniques
- Control in wastage and cost
Requirements:
- Education, Qualifications & Experience
Possess a professional kitchen apprenticeship or chef training course qualifications and previous experience in quality establishment along with good culinary skills. The ability to communicate in English and proven track record of food preparation, presentation and preservation knowledge.

6. CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT (3 MONTHS) – Hired
Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day running of the reception
- Receive and transfer all incoming calls
- Promote courses and activities to walk-in customers and visitors.
- Ensure walk-in and phone-in customers receive the service quality expected
- Ensure that the reception is constantly well-stocked with brochures, flyers and documents that will facilitate quick response to request by customers
- To assist in the implementation of any customer service survey as required from time to time
- In-charge of daily incoming and outgoing mails
- Assist in of room allocation for all PSDC programs and room rental by customers
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
- Fresh school leavers are encouraged to apply
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Computer knowledge
