Sales Executive
Reporting to the Branch Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:
- To support and work towards the achievement of the branch’s sales target and to ensure that the sales target are met.
- To ensure the dealers are displaying Honda models in full range and to penetrate dealers if there is zero stock in hand on certain models.
- To establish a good rapport with dealers and sub-dealers by monthly visit.
- To function as an advisor to identify dealers’ strengths and weaknesses, and to share the experience of sales activities/events form one dealer to another.
- To disseminating and make sure Point of Purchase materials are display properly.
- To locate reliable market intelligence and to counter-check on the validity from the external source.
- To monitor dealers’ credit limit and account daily and to ensure the monthly sales order collection from dealers.
- To confirm and ensure the on time delivery of bikes to the dealers.
- To carry out the market analysis on competitors’ activities, new models, sales incentive campaign and others.
- To carry out ad-hoc tasks such as collection of passport for campaign trip, attend activities held by dealers, documentation and answering of incoming calls aside from dealers.
The successful candidates must possess the following qualifications and criteria:
- At least a Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or its equivalent.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in the Sales, Business Development and Marketing. Candidate from Automobile / Automotive Ancillary / Vehicle Industry is an added advantage.
- Fluency in both Bahasa Malaysia and English is a must. Knowledge of Chinese and Cantonese dialect is an added advantage.
- Willing to travel.
- Able to communicate well with people in all levels.
- Able to work independently.
