    We are an establised swim school in Penang which provides quality aquatic lessons and programs. Supported by a team of passionate experienced instructors and coaches who place great emphasis on the development of mental and physical aspects of children, we are now expanding the 3rd branch and in partnership with SETIA SPICE Aquatic Centre.

    ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    – Prepare new student’s data records.

    – Update existing student’s data records.

    – Prepare monthly Receivable Records / records of monthly payment fees.

    – Update monthly coach’s time table (standard excel data).

    – Update monthly contribution.

    – Prepare company’s basic cash flow.

    – Prepare monthly payroll of employees.

    – Manage proper filing and documentation work.

    – Responsible in handling filing of financial records and payment documents.

    – Manage monthly claims.

    – Prepare general letters and attend to daily emails

    – Willing to learn and committed.

    – Daily administration task.

    SKILLS:

    – English is an essential language

    – Computer literate skills

    – Ability to compose standard letter and perform emailing duties.

    – Must be familiar with Microsoft Excel, Words, PowerPoint.

    – Applicants with SQL or Adobe Photoshop knowledge is an added advantage.

    – Applicants with experience are welcome.

    CUSTOMER RELATIONS PERSONNEL

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    – Perform front desk duties.

    – Respond to customers enquiries by phone, email and Facebook.

    – Attend to walk in customer’s enquiries and schedule for class lessons.

    – To be able to deliver and provide accurate reponses to customers.

    – Follow up customers’s feedbacks in order to improve customers’s experience

    – Record absenties and rearrangement of classes.

    – Notify students and parents on class changes.

    – Compile monthly lesson fees to administrative department.

    SKILLS:

    – Applicants must be able to speak in English. Ability to converse in other languages is an added advantage

    – Verbal and written communication skills

    – Must be willing to speak up and approach customers

    – Friendly, positive attitude and willing to learn

    – Fresh graduates are encourage to apply

    – Relevant working experience is an added advantage

    – Must be willing to work on weekends
