    I-NANO Technology (M) SDN BHD is a one-stop manufacturing for all CNC machining services in Penang. To be the largest international sourcing partner to foreign manufacturers, we are expanding and is looking for 3 suitable candidates for the post of:

    CNC Turning Machinist

    Job Description

    • Able to do Programming for CNC turning/ lathe, with Self-Motivation
    • Set up cutting tool and program to operation CNC machines
    • Ensure all relevant drawings, procedures and instructions are to the latest revisions, prior to work commencing
    • Ensure all components produced meet specifications
    • Perform routine machine maintenance

    Job Requirement

    • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Engineering (Metal Fabrication) or equivalent
    • Able to operate manual & CNC lathe machine
    • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required.
    • Knowledge in CAM/CAD, (AutoCAD / Gibbs Cam and or other CAM software)

     

    QC Inspectors

    Job Description

    • To understand product quality requirements; dimensional, cosmetically and functionally.
    • Perform quality inspection correctly using correct method and equipment
    • Ensure all inspection are according to Process Control Plan and properly recorded.
    • Ensure non-conformance detected is properly determined, segregated, escalated to the right level and reports are issued
    • Produce relevant report as and when required
    • Ensure tests are carried out before delivery to customer and other departments.

    Requirements

    • Candidate must possess a minimum Certificate/Diploma or equivalent
    •  Able to interpret construction drawing and plan & complete inspection task on time.
    • Able to upkeep proper documentation storage & retrieve.

     

    Draftsman

    Job Description

    • The CAD Draftsman operates Computer Aided Design (CAD) computer system, including creating, updating, modifying and performing manual drafting.
    • Creates manual drawings for engineering projects.
    • Performs other related duties, as assigned.

    Job Requirement

    • Diploma/ Certificate/ Vocational Training Cert upon completion of a technical trade school in CAD, drafting or related field, plus at least a year of related work experience; or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
