Software Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, operate and maintain all office web sites and pages using established web technologies and programming languages
- Coordinate all web development efforts, analyzing user needs and software requirement
- Attend meeting with end user during system study & development stage
- Determine feasibility of design within time & cost constraints for new or revised web pages or application access
- Convert end user processes and procedures into more intuitive form
- Develop web-based applications and databases using Microsoft database platform or open database connectivity and client/server techniques
- Analyse and assess the existing web structure, requirements and technological developments to ensure full performance of the web sites
- Prepare and maintain the documentation of all locally developed software used
- Develop custom reports
- Prepare flow charts
- Perform routine testing,
- Install or assist in the installation of new/revised releases of new system
- Conduct user acceptance test & user training prior system launching date.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 2-3 years software development experience in a similar environment.
- Has a working knowledge and basic experience in embedded and low-level programming, firmware programming using C/C++.
- Has an understanding of graphic drivers concept and/or OS/platform integration.
- Good interpersonal, analytic skills and project management skill
- Able to drive project resource planning and execution.
- Good team player and able to multitask in any situation.
- Good written and verbal communications skills
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Good customer relationship skills.
- Experienced in technical guide documentation work flow and processes would be an added advantage.

IT TECHNICIAN
Responsibilities:
- Provide helpdesk support and resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction
- Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT helpdesk
- Modify configurations, utilities, software default settings, etc. for the local workstation only such as password reset, user account access right, printer setup & etc.
- Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software
- Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images and software
- Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as required
- Document internal procedures
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, in Computer Science / Information Technology.
- Demonstrates knowledge and experience in project management, technical hardware and software analysis, diagnosis, and troubleshooting.
- Demonstrates ability to think and work independently to achieve goals
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Able to work with people of all levels.
- Self-motivated and willing to work on shift.
