Graphic Designer
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop 3D modeling for packaging/advertising display product based on customer requirements.
- Development of 3D product.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Certificate or Diploma in Graphic & Multimedia Design, Advertising/Media or equivalent.
- Preferably with 1-2 year working experience in a similar industry, however outstanding fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
- Proficiency in 3D software (3D Studio Max), Adobe Creative Suite graphic software (Photoshop, Illustrator etc)
- A good team player, disciplined, hardworking, willing to work under pressure and customer-focused.
- If short listed, a review of work portfolio will be required.
- Please bring your portfolio in 3D designer during interview.
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encourage to apply

CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER
Responsibilities:
- Handle and manage customer service division inquiries and provide post sales support to customers and salesperson promptly and accurately;
- Able to communicate in Mandarin/English / BahasaMalaysia is added advantages;
- Good interpersonal skills and able to work independently;
- Coordinate with Interco & external customers to ensure timely delivery of goods/shipment to customers;
- Efficient sales order processing;
- Prompt response to customer’s order and feedback;
- Must be proactive, able to work and meet deadlines of customer’s order;
- To perform any tasks assign by superior from time to time.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

- To promote products by using effective promotion channel such as multimedia network, company & product profile, brochure, team approach etc.
- To perform any tasks assigned by superior from time to time.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess Degree, graduates in Marketing, Economic, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications or equivalent
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or relevant residence status.
- Preferably junior executives specializing in Sales with minimum 1-2 years working experience in sales and admin field.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed.

- Required language(s): Chinese, English & Bahasa Malaysia.
