Property Manager
(1 position) |
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Estate/Property Management or equivalent. Those with higher qualifications in similar fields are also encouraged to apply.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in estate and facilities management in high rise buildings with 5 years experience in managerial position.
- Possess good knowledge of the Strata Management Act and other by-laws and regulations relating to estate and facilities management.
- Ability to effectively communicate with residents, customers, suppliers and other stakeholders and possess good oral and writing skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
Brief Job Description :
- Overall in charge of estate & facilities management.
- To lead & manage a team of operational and technical personnel responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of buildings and facilities.
- Service provider/vendor management for effective cost management.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements including compliance with Strata Management Act.
- Analysis and preparation of technical and other reports as required by the Management.

- Familiar with Document Control on Specification write up, works procedures flow charts, Drawings, inspecting and Testing Procedures, Reports, Data Collection and Processes, Testing Plan (ITP), NCR, Findings, work method statements, Standards, Code of Practices, By-laws, Acts, Manual, Guidelines, Policies, Regulations, B.O.Q, and Contract Requirement, Document safe keeping, Archive, Retrieve, Issuance and flows.
- Must be committed, dedicated and have integrity towards work.
Brief Job Description :
- To review the existing document control requirement.
- To introduce immediate document control measures to enhance the document control requirement.
- To provide suitable training to enhance the existing resources for document control requirement.
- To establish long term measures in maintaining document control requirement performance.
- To be competent in document control works processes and implement a dedicated document control management system that be user friendly with easy tracking and retrieval.
- To manage and track QAQC and related document. Scan, image, organize and maintain documents, adhering to the PDC’s document lifecycle procedures, and archive inactive records in accordance with the records retention schedule.
- To ensure a large part of the job is to control the retrieval of documents.
- To receive and process Requests for Information, or RFIs, from employees or clients and maintain the requests via tracking logs.
- To regularly update RFI procedures, thus new templates need further updating.
- To organize QAQC needs and develop and maintain documents such as meeting minutes, drawings, specifications, approvals and related items.
- To be responsible for training employees on records management procedures and policies, which include documentation, retention, retrieval, destruction and disaster recovery.
- To assist with migrations and audits, and perform administrative tasks as needed.
- To ensure compliance with and document control relation to the E,S&H regulations.

Requirements :

- Familiar with Computerisation, Data Collection and Processing, Charting, Trending, Statistical Analysis, Computation, Formulation, Logs, Records, Listings, Reports, Findings, Statistics, Compilation, Sorting, Data transfer, Storage, Archive, Retrieve, Issuance, Flows etc.
- Able to run the Data Collection programme and able to link with other disciplines and divisions.

- Data entry controls including tolerance limits, ranges for applicable data fields, computations and data sequence checks for construction materials and its processes.
- Review procedures for the actual inventory compilation involved in the inventory development process.
- Independent review of methods to incorporate scientific knowledge and data available.
- Review calculations and audits to assess the quality of the inventory and to identify where improvements could be made.
- To be responsible in quality data management.
- To Perform Statistical Analysis Summaries and trending.
- To monitor and maintain data quality throughout the project.

QC C&S Engineer
(1 position) |
Requirements :
- A recognized degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum working experience of three (3) years.
- Possess experience and exposure in the construction or consultancy environment be it in the private or government projects implementing agency.
- Familiar with inspection and testing procedures in accordance with relevant Standards, Codes of Practice, Manual, Testing Plan (ITP), Checklists, Vendor’s Specified Requirement, Special work process procedures flow charts, QAP, Specification, Drawings, B.O.Q and Contract Requirement.
- Must take custodian of all NCR issued and ensure its proper closures with full evidence and documentation.
- Must be committed, dedicated and have integrity towards works.
Brief Job Description:
- To review existing QC requirement in respective discipline.
- To introduce immediate QC measures to enhance QC requirement in respective discipline.
- To provide suitable training to enhance existing resources for QC requirement.
- To establish long term measures in maintaining QC requirement performance, records keeping etc.
- To be competent in QC requirement in respective discipline, in compliance with existing standards, code of practices, manual, testing procedures etc.
- Provide quality control overview including verifying documentation requirements.
- Witnessing of all site inspections within their disciplines.
- Ensure that all inspection reports are accurate and that all attached documents are current status.
- Ensure all work is correctly prepared prior to any inspection being undertaken.
- Review all inspection reports for compliance.
- Assist the site in the organisation, maintenance and control of the quality system.
- Coordinate with the contractor’s QC inspectors for the resolution of site problems.
- Coordinate with the site team to ensure that communications exist and are maintained.
- Review work procedures and method statements for compliance with good work practices.
- The completion of QC site instructions and coordinate their closure.
- The review of inspection test packages during the course of construction activities.
- Review of Inspection Test Plan and its implementation.
- To ensure site’s Environment, Health and Safety aspects are in compliance with existing Regulations and Acts, and the contract requirement.
