SMT ENGINEER
No of Vacancy: 1 Position
Department: Production
Responsibilities
– Lead a group of technicians to meet production target according production schedule.
– Lead technician to carry out machine maintenance which required.
– To do machine line set up, repairing, machine initial parameter data setting, and trouble
shouting (on machine).
– To minimize operation lost time (machine down time) on production line.
– Liaise with related department regarding production, technical and quality problem arise.
– Plan and provide technical training for technician & repairer.
– Liaise with related department & prepare the requirement of new model transfer.
– Increase machine output productivity and efficiency.
– To verify first article inspection (F.A.I) set.
– To verify line set up.
– Analysis major quality problems and take corrective actions.
– Verify the machine condition after repair by technical personnel, then authorize machine
production run.
– Issue the new process, equipment and chemical application form for the new manufacturing process, equipment upgrade, new equipment, new chemical, or new construction.
– Upgrade product yield rate, rolled throughput yield rate & reducing process defect rate and L.R.R.
– Simplify process flow to ensure production smoothly running.
– Prepare product quality report.
– Ensure the necessary corrective actions are carried out.
– Must help to protect environment during performance of their daily job.
– Accountability to ensure tools, fixtures and tester are properly stored and in good conditions.
– Responsible to monitor the line problem and initiate action to prevent the recurrence of
product non-conforming.
Requirements
– With minimum 1 year working experience in relevant field.
– At least Diploma level in related field.
– Full-time position.
IQC Technician
No of Vacancy: 1 Position
Department: Quality Assurance
Responsibilities
– Manage IPQC / OQA teams for daily activities.
– Analyze quality data & plan for quality improvement to meet department KPIs & Quality
System.
– Follow up quality problem, customer feedback & field return quality issue.
– Perform product quality judgment for any suspicious found in inspection goods.
– Prepare weekly or monthly quality report to QA department & customer (if applicable)
– Identify training needs, prepare training plan & conduct training to QC leader, QC inspector.
Requirements
– Minimum Diploma or Certificate
– At least 3 years working experience in QA for new product introduction, managing IPQC
/ OQA team.
– Understanding of ISO 9001system requirements.
– Well practice with QC 7 tools, MSA, FMEA, control plan & SPC tools.
– Process experiences in Process / Product audits.
