Wemac Engineering Sdn Bhd started in 2006 and from September 2012 Wemac Engineering has become a part of the Hittech Group and changed her name to Hittech Wemac. Hittech Wemac is specialized in turning and milling of metals as well as plastics. The last year we see our turnover increasing and for that reason we are looking for a dedicated General Manager to manage this growth and to help us with further growth in the near future. The general manager is responsible for realization of this objectives and daily management of the company. Quality, reliability, throughput, efficiency, costs and customer satisfaction are the key performance indicators.
General Manager
Your qualities
- Solid management experience of at least 5 years in a technical production environment, preferably in a small or medium sized company in the metal industry. (Asia experience is preferred).
- Knowledge of, and experience with CNC production machines and ERP systems.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in precision engineering or mechanical engineering.
- Maybe most important is your personality: a self-starter, a team builder, adventurous, commercial and communicative.

Wemac Engineering Sdn. Bhd. has been established with the aim to provide value-added precision machining services. The company is equipped with 13 milling machines up to 4 axes and 4 turning machines as well as 3D inspection and measurement equipment.
At this moment the company counts 45 employees including a management team of 6 managers and currently working in two shifts.
