Accountant
– Daily work is to check remittance, payment for cash/credit, key in supplier invoice & daily expenses then prepare payment via accounting system provided. Prepare salary, EPF & SOSCO. Checking bank statement and bank reconciliation. Prepare documentation for auditing.
Front Office Assistant
– To help out with checking in/out for guest, help out with the needs for the guest. Introducing places of interest and food places to guest. Make sure daily cash flow and payment is correct and so on.
The shifts are:
7am – 3pm
3pm – 11pm
11pm – 7am (Male Only)
Bartender
– Serve drinks to guest at the Skybar, counting and ordering stock, clean up the bar and so on.
Chef
– To prepare buffer breakfast every morning, and menu for each day.
