    Positions available:-

    1. MANUFACTURING ENGINEERS (ME).

    Job Scope

    • To perform process planning, fixture & gauges design, quotations, program management.
    • Continuous process improvements using six sigma/lean manufacturing methodologies.
    • To perform planning/scheduling, ERP/SCM.

    Requirements

    • With at least 3 year experiences in process or fixture designs.
    • Knowledge of CAD software preferred and Solid works users added advantage.
    • Knowledge of CNC machining process and cutting tools are advantages.
    • Must be able to travel.
    • Degree in Mechanical engineering.

     

    2. ENGINEERS (CNC Programmer).

    Job Scope

    • To create NC programs for Milling & Turning operations, tooling design & selection of toolings.
    • Advanced machining statargies to optimize the tool paths and cutting tools.

    Requirements

    • With at least 3 year experiences in programming/ working in CNC machining background.
    • Knowledge of CAMsoftware preferred and Unigraphics/NX users added advantage.
    • Knowledge of 5 axis machining, macro programs, error proofing and machine codes preferred but not essential.
    • Must be able to travel.
    • Degree/Diploma in Mechanical engineering

     

    3. NPI ENGINEERS

    Job Scope

    • To prepare quotation during RFQ stage
    • Work closely with customer & other functional department to ensure smooth transferring of new product until mass production.
    • To maintain the project status, timeline, budget, Bill of Materials (BOM) and Engineering Change (ECN) administration ; prepare WI, Control Plan, PFMEA and etc.
    • Responsible for Engineering Design and create manufacturing procedures, installation procedures, tools, services process and etc.
    • Coordinate with manufacturing team to ensure the design of the manufacturing facilities for pilot production; layout and equipment, tools, materials and etc are in place.

    Requirements

    • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronic/Electromechanical Engineering or equivalent.
    • At least 2 years of working experience in automation industry.
    • Working experience in sheet metal fabrication or equipment manufacturing will be an added advantage, preferably in high mix and low volume contract manufacturing environment.

     

    4. BO Chargeman

     Job Scope

    •Conduct monitoring, recording & trending of daily power & water consumption.

    •Attend to all power failures; surge, dip, long shutdown, etc.

    •Ensure new installations are correct, safe and legal.

    •Create contingency plan for major fault and temporary usage for electrical and compressed air system.

    •Periodic inspection/ maintenance of compressed air system, air conditioning system and fire fighting system.

    •Schedule periodic maintenance for cranes, forklifts and pallet jacks.

    •Liaise with DOE, DOSH, JBE-G, PBA, TNB, IWK, Municipal Council and BOMBA

    •Maintain documentation for DOE, DOSH, waste store, TNB and PBA log book.

    •Liaise and participate in sites EHS committee activities.

    •Supervise housekeeping and landscaping

    •Lead energy efficiency program and projects in the group.

    Requirements

    •Diploma/Degree in any discipline.

    •Possess a recognized Charge man with BO Certificate.

    •At least 10 years of working experience is required.

    •Knowledgeable in electrical troubleshotting skills & waste treatment process.

     

    5. Sourcing Engineer (Fabrication parts)

    Job Scope

    • Responsible for sourcing and negotiating with suppliers and preparing price comparison for all raw materials of company products.
    • Compile and analyse the RFQ and ensure the cost is competitive to win the new project from customers.
    • Works with internal teams to identify needs for sourcing.
    • To ensure the new project/new parts development to meet customer requirement.
    • Initiate and implement continuous improvement plans on design, quality, delivery, service and pricing.
    • To manage supply base effectively, keep track of suppliers’ performance for the yearly suppliers’ Performance Review.
    • Initiate , update and coordinate vendor audit and agreement.
    • Identify new suppliers, recommending second source and outsourcing activities.

    Requirements

    • Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronic/Electromechanical Engineering or equivalent.
    • At least 3 years of working experience in EMS/OEM/ODM enviroment.
    • Good mechanical aptitude and knowledge.
    • Proactive and highly independant.
    • Advantage to have experience in handling box build product.
